Si vous cherchez le type de condo de vacances parfait pour les couples et les familles et joliment aménagé, celui-ci est fait pour vous. Les propriétaires ont pris le plus grand soin à faire de cette location à Shores of Panama un endroit où vous aurez envie de venir chaque année. Il y a Internet haute vitesse sans fil ici, alors profitez-en où que vous soyez dans le condo.

Mais parlons de ce qui en fait un endroit spécial pour vous.

Commençons par la vue! Vous sortez sur le balcon et vous obtenez la vue parfaite depuis un beau balcon enveloppant. Et c'est juste le bon endroit pour savourer votre café du matin. Vous voudrez passer beaucoup de temps ici. C'est grand et confortable.

Le salon est agréable et grand. Et il y a un super look qui dit "je suis à la plage". Et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour tous vos trucs sur la plage, mais ce n'est pas pourquoi vous choisissez ce condo. Il a de superbes vues. Clair et simple.

Il y a un grand écran plat de 50 ". Et il y a un canapé-lit queen pour dormir plus.

Votre salle à manger et la cuisine sont aménagées de sorte que vous bénéficiez également de ces vues fantastiques. Et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, que vous preniez une collation ou prépariez un repas gastronomique.

Votre MASTER SUITE a un immense lit king size avec une tête de lit. Literie vraiment luxueuse. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat. Sortez sur le balcon d'ici.

Le 2nd MASTER dispose d'un lit KING avec beaucoup d'espace pour toutes vos affaires avec une télévision à écran plat.

La 3ème chambre a un lit QUEEN et une télévision à écran plat.

La buanderie est située pour que tout le monde reste dans des vêtements propres.

Pretty good condo
This condo was pretty good. Great view and all of the things we needed. The reserved spot being on the 3rd floor was great, so we didn't have to mess with elevators too much. It was a little on the bare bones end of things in terms of the kitchen, but we really don't have any complaints.

Great unit but crazy resort layout
The condo was clean and adequately stocked. Only thing I would say is that the bedrooms by door need blackout curtains because the hall lights shine through the window. No complaints about the condo or the property management. However, the resort would only get a 3 star. Parking is tight and the unit numbers in the garage are in no sequence. The place is a maze with hallways everywhere. Got turned around several times.

Our review
Overall this condo was not bad. (For reference we had 5 adults, a toddler and a baby) Pros: The condo was spacious and the layout was nice. The close proximity and easy access to the beach was amazing. The master bedroom bed was also nice and comfy (I’m picky and have back issues so I’m kind of difficult to please). The living room was a good size and the dinner table was nice and big to fit everyone plus more. The A/C worked perfectly (I’m always hot). We would love to make this an annual trip and come back to this same condo. Cons: Missing several light bulbs throughout and some of the lamps had to be unplugged in order to be turned off. Within the first 30 mins of being there, my baby’s feet and knees were black from the floor. Everything was very dusty and really was not cleaned well at all. The sliding glass door behind the couch was unable to be secured. Definitely needed more decor to make it feel more homey and beachy. Both beds in the other two bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Needed more blankets however when I did find them (under the bed) they were covered in dusty and were dirty. The rug in the living room was absolutely gross looking and feeling. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was too small in length. The TV in the master bedroom kept muting and pausing itself. All of the backs of the remotes were loose and would fall off when you picked up the remote. An outlet in the master bedroom under the window didn’t work. Honestly it just needs some TLC.

The condo, pool and location is great We had a big truck couldn’t fit the upstairs garage They only had 8 oversized parking spaces They were over half being used by cars that could fit in the upper garage deck The parking attendant’s didn’t watch to much of who was parking where I had to park off the property in the public parking and pay $12.00 A mile away

World Series baseball tournament
We had an AMAZING week!!!! Property is a perfect location. We love the amenities of the beach and pool. We were in PCB for a World Series baseball tournament with our team. Several other families stayed at Shores at Panama and had trouble with parking on one floor and their unit on another floor. They were also on higher floors and had to take the elevators every time they went up and down. Parking in the garage is tight but manageable and the elevators were hard to catch and crowded. We were fortunate that our unit was on a lower floor with parking and the unit on the same floor and we were able to take the stairs the majority of the time. Be prepared to be patient with the check in/ unloading process. We needed a cart to unload the car but had to wait for one and also have to leave your drivers license for a cart. It was very congested during peak check in time but arm bands and parking passes were left in the room which did make things easier. Security around the pool and in and out of the beach and parking garage was strict, but I appreciate that. You knew that only people staying there were allowed there. Put the arm band on your left arm to make in and out of the garage easier to scan. Overall the stay was great and we would definitely recommend again and will stay in this unit again if we come back down to PCB!

A 5 star review worth the read.
We read (probably just like you) the 1 star reviews first. So, naturally we were a little scared, but decided to reach out to the host and take a risk. The host responded in a very timely manner, which was reassuring. The 1 star reviews were totally incorrect... -There is no carpet at all -Condo was very clean -Kitchen utensils more than acceptable -Not one roach -Beds were very comfortable The rest is absolutely outstanding... -Hands down the best view on the beach -Awesome pool -Only 3 floors up -Netflix -Super close to Groceries and shopping -All the staff were helpful and kind We have only had two issues...the parking spot was very tight and we got a scatch on our new minivan and the wristbands didn't work with giving us access to parking garage gate and pool gates (but honestly we still didn't have any issues getting in or out of anything). We had an amazing time, highly recommended.

Not like the pictures at all!
From the pictures to what we got are 2 totally different things. First off, when we first got there the property manager sent me the check in code and assigned parking spot, the parking spot they sent was definitely the wrong one the one they sent doesnt even exist.Then we enter the condo and its not what it pictured at all! Nasty carpet, carpet tacks were showing i cut my foot, the the one patio door took 2 to 3 people to open had to move the one couch away from the other patio door and there was popsicle sticks behind there and a hair clip, the fridge did not keep anything cold, the one bathroom shower faucet would drop to hot when its on had to find a certain spot for it to sit right.. not enough tp for the price you pay for the week that should be supplied. I call the maintenance about all the problems got vm left a vm got no call back called again got vm finally i text the number asking if there was anyone to talk to the response was there was no applicance people that work weekends to look at the fridge had to wait til monday.. monday comes maintenance guy called me said someone would be out between 11 and 1 to look at fridge and they would call me on there way.. needless to say i never got a call..i then sent the list of other problems to maintenance and nothing was ever done that we could see besides they sprayed the one patio door which didnt work. I wouldnt recommend staying in this unit i would stay at a different condo with a different property management.

Great location!!!! Very central to everything in Panama City. Right on the beach: beach chair rental, jet ski rental, banana boat, and parasailing. Very family oriented vacation spot. Nice tiki bar on your way out to the beach. Some of the rooms need an update. Ours had carpet in main living areas. Felt kinda gross. Beds we’re comfortable. They did supply plenty of bathroom towels and sheets, but no extra blankets. A/C worked great. The only things we did NOT care for was the parking. Nice covered parking deck, but the spots for parking are SUPER small !!! We had a mid size suv and it felt like it was sooo close to the other vehicles. And PSA please, please be careful and drive slow around the corners of parking deck. It is hella tight.

Don’t do it!
To begin, I have rented from Vrbo for years, this is my first review, I feel that the next person to rent this condo would like to know what we didn’t when we arrived. First, the pictures are not what you are getting. There is carpet throughout the condo other than the bathrooms and kitchen and it has definitely seen better days. Also, this condo sleeps 8 which is how many were in our party, there were 6 forks, we purchased more so we could eat together. The pots were fine but the frying pans need to be replaced quickly, do not use them to cook, we ended up purchasing new ones while we were there so we could actually cook things without having to scrape it out of the pans. There are no curtains, just blinds the bedroom windows so when the sun comes up, you are too. Curtains would also be very helpful when your going to bed and the lights from the police cars are strobing through your windows at all hours of the night due to the absolute nonsense that is happening on the beach right outside the condo, I do realize that isn’t the owners fault but curtains may help inside. The pictures make you think you have a pool and beach view and you do not. The parking is absolutely atrocious. It was our first and last time to stay here. The pool is the best part of this whole place. The amount of money spent on this condo to rent, you would think they would provide better accommodations. Also, you do not deal directly with the owner. Go to the next listing option!

Great location!
The condo was a bit run down and in need of repairs but the 3rd floor location was great! The elevators are really slow so it was nice to be on a lower floor & have the stairs near us. The view from the balcony is not shown in the pictures but I was not disappointed at all. The view is the ocean and Pineapple Willie’s. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the space and especially the view! I loved that you could be in the kitchen, dining room, or living room and see the incredible view. I also liked that it was right next to Pineapple Willy's, then we had a close place if we wanted to eat out instead of cooking in the full kitchen.

Condo was clean but we did see a few uninvited guests (roaches). The elevators were slow and some were out of order which made the wait times worse. Other than that, it was a great rental. Close to stores.

False advertisement, do better
Let me start with the property management company was super nice and tried to help as best they could, but this condo is literally falling apart and I have pictures to prove it! All the photos listed here on VRBO are of other condos, NOT this one! This condo has carpet, there's no carpet in the pictures. It shows four different views, none of which are the actual balcony or from the balcony of this room. The granite on the bar-top is literally cracked all the way across and held up by a 2x4 post, NOT the decorative post shown in the photos. The doors were coming apart, and beginning to break off the hinges, the kitchen light switch had to be replaced due to having an internal short that could have caused an electrical fire, and this all led the power in the entire common area going out. The couches are old and even damaged, the carpet is stained all over the place, and the tack strips were exposed where the carpet met the tile. The tack strip spikes had to be hammered down to prevent us from cutting our feet if we happened to step on them barefoot, which did happen beforehand. There was at least one cracked tile, kitchen cabinet doors that are coming apart, and extremely cheap and damaged bedroom furniture. Every exhaust fan for the bathrooms had caked on dust, which is a definite fire hazard. 2 of the 3 bathrooms have significantly damaged vanities. The owner of this unit is definitely not a fan of proper maintenance and repairs, which the property management company is fighting to have done. Security on the property is extremely disrespectful, and solely exists to harass guests about their wrist bands! While I agree that it is important to control who is coming onto the property, they could be a lot nicer, understanding, and more professional about it. We personally witnessed them refuse to allow new guests to come into the property for more than 45 minutes, because they weren't wearing wrist bands, and didn't have their parking passes. All of which were waiting for them in their room! Security acknowledged their reservation, but tried to insist that they purchase additional wrist bands before entering, which would have been $100 per person! They finally allowed one guest to go to the room to retrieve the bands and parking passes, and made sure they put them on before they could leave the entrance. They even tried to refuse entry to a contractor that was there to make repairs to a unit!

Exactly what we needed
Space was great. The kitchen light switch needs to be replaced it is a fire hazard and the toilet in the master isn’t attached to the floor well. Some things might need updating, and you really need new skillets,But otherwise it was exactly what we needed. We especially love that each room had their own bathroom! And the view from the balcony was excellent. Was also a quiet location, which was perfect.
