DISCLAIMER:
After a year-long ban on golf carts in the Prominence Community, the HOA reached an agreement with one exclusive vendor, 30A Gulf Carts, who will be allowed to rent golf carts to short term travelers. If you want to rent a golf cart during your stay, we highly recommend reserving yours right after booking as there are caveats.

The agreement allows the short term rental of a limited number of golf carts through an exclusive provider, 30A Gulf Carts, effective 3/21/22. This is being done on a trial basis and will be monitored/reviewed by the Association.

Up to 30 carts will be available to rent short term on a first come basis, ONLY from 30A Gulf Carts. These carts are registered with the Association by 30A Gulf Carts and will be identifiable. 30A Gulf Carts will also provide a list of these carts to the HOA and security.

Carts cannot be rented short term from any other provider. Security will turn away other vendors attempting to drop off short term rental carts in the community, and if other short term rentals are found, these are subject to fines and/or towing.

To rent a cart, please request 30A Gulf Cart's contact information from us immediately after booking.

Again, this will be monitored by the Association for compliance. If the Association decides at any time before or during your stay to prohibit golf carts again due to travelers' negligence of community rules, Liv Vacations has no control over that decision and will not be held liable for grievances caused by the Association's decision. Liv Vacations also has no control over inventory and availability; if all 30 carts are in use, there are no strings we can pull to ensure availability.

INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot.

Just What We Were Looking For!
We were overall extremely satisfied with this property! The room was very clean and I am VERY PARTICULAR...no dust anywhere (even in those hard to reach places). The beds were comfy and the sheets were crisp and clean!! We thoroughly enjoyed being close to the Hub which has several options for dining and drinking and was a perfect spot for my husband to watch football. They even had a live band one night. The one downfall to this property was not having a golf cart or bikes. We wanted one to have easier access to the beach. The beach access for this community is a little out of the way and there is absolutely NO PARKING unless you ride a bike and even that is very limited. Please note that if you want to rent a golf cart while staying here you can only rent from Gulf Carts due to the HOA rules. Their prices are a little higher than some of the other rental companies we inquired with. Make sure you book a cart before you arrive as they do book up quickly. We did go to Deer Lake State Park and the beach was beautiful and quiet! They have parking and it is a little closer to the property than the Prominence beach access. You can get a parking pass at floridastateparks.org for $3/day. The pool was nice but if you want to have an adult beverage while in the pool you have to have it in a travel cup. The community was very quiet and chill. Very family oriented. Loved seeing all the kids riding their bikes! All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This was such a clean and beautifully decorated beach stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood and close to everywhere we wanted to go. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved and have actually deemed it one of our best VRBO finds. We will totally visit again!

This property was the best by far of any rental we’ve had. Everything was clean and exactly what we were expecting according to the pictures. Instructions for gaining access and other helpful information was easily provided by email prior to our arrival. Fantastic trip! When we come back to this beach we will definitely be staying here!

This is a great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated and very clean house. The area has a nice beach, beautiful pool and great paces to eat. There is great, fast communication if you need any questions answered. We hope to come back again!

Excellent property! So comfortable and clean. Great location and fabulous area. Communication was excellent with customer service. Only downfall was the street lights would let a lot of light into the rooms at night. Blackout curtains in the bunk room would have been ideal but no biggy! Thank you again!

Perfect 30A location!
Loved our stay at this condo. Location was great, it was super clean, and their communication was top notch! We already look forward to returning. The ONLY thing we would change, but it is no fault to the owners, would be to have a double car garage next time. We rented a golf cart so we played a dance with it and our vehicle every time we needed to switch them around. But that is minor and worth the tiny hassle!

We loved our week long stay at Shell Yeah! The amenities and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for a family of 5. It's located perfectly in the middle of 30A and within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Located directly across the street from The Big Chill which had entertainment for the whole family. The community the property is located in has a very family-friendly vibe with a great pool and many seating options. Communication was fantastic and we would definitely rent again. I would recommend renting a golf cart to explore other areas of 30A.

This place was perfect for our trip. The customer service was top notch! They were so nice and efficient - they even offered to let us check in early and asked if we needed help with coordinating grocery delivery, etc. It was so nice and the pool is amazing. Across the street from The Big Chill and conveniently located. We will definitely be back!

All Around Great Experience
From pre-arrival to check in to check out, the management company made my entire experience so seamless. This unit is in a neighborhood called Prominence, which is in a part of 30A called Inlet Beach. The neighborhood is relatively new, as is the unit, so it's super fresh and clean and you can tell both the management company and the owner take really good care of it. It was clean and well stocked, and the location is great, especially if you're looking for a place that's kind of quiet and tucked away, but right by shops and the beach. I did have one issue come up when I checked in. Even though it's a brand new unit, there was an issue with the air conditioning. I reached out to the management company, and they were so accommodating, that even though it was an inconvenient situation which took a couple days to repair, I would still stay with them again, because they were so thoughtful about how they took care of me, as a result of the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again or stay with another location that was managed by this property manager!

When we arrived the property manager was very nice and in fact, allowed us to check in slightly early. We appreciated the beach chairs that were sent to our condo from another property where they were not being utilized. We really enjoyed this unit and want to return in December!
