Plus que face à l'océan, nous sommes juste sur le sable avec wifi et près d'un mile de gated, non développé, plage immaculée. Parce que ses étoiles ne sont pas développées comme à Panama City Beach. Il dispose d'un matelas neuf flambant neuf et d'un canapé-lit en cuir neuf de 2000 $. Rénové tout neuf, cuisine entièrement équipée en quartz blanc, lave-vaisselle, frigo et tout nouveau cuisinier à induction avec un four de style new wave. La salle de bains entièrement rénovée comprend un plafond voûté et une toute nouvelle baignoire JACUZZI avec un cadre en travertin. Une nouvelle ac est forte et efficace. Grande piscine avant du golfe, tout nouveau téléviseur haute définition de 60 'Il n'y a pas de frais ou de frais cachés. chaises face à la plage de mesure, tout nouveau golfe bbq Front, Internet sans fil, des go-carts, des boutiques, des pubs sont juste en face ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal. À distance de marche de Gulf World et Pier Park est à moins de 3,2 km. Nous sommes un condo et un complexe non-fumeur. Fumer à l'intérieur du condo ou dans le complexe entraînera une amende de 100 $.

Quick trip to Panama City Beach to surprise my wife for her birthday. The condo was awesome! Clean, great decor, kitchen. This condo is right on the beach!! Pool was awesome too! Security was excellent! We will definitely be back! Loved it!

Even though I knew it was a studio, there are pictures of what appears to be 2 beds, which could give the illusion of this being a 2 bedroom condo, which is exactly what someone thought (if you read the reviews). He thought this because there appears to be 2 different beds with different colored comforters in the pictures. In one picture, the bed has a red comforter, and in another picture, I believe the bed has a blue comforter. In reality, there is one bed, and it has a white comforter. Also, regarding the bed - while it was very comfortable, I'm not positive that it's a queen sized bed. It might be a full sized bed instead, but I could be wrong. I have a queen sized bed at home, and this bed seemed smaller. Also, a few more small things to know: 1) there was only ONE roll of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy toilet paper. There should have been 3 rolls, in my opinion. 2) The coffee pot is not a regular sized coffee pot. It is a single serving coffee maker. When I asked the host if there was a coffee maker or Keurig, he replied back and said "coffee maker." In my opinion, he should have said, "It's a single serving coffee maker." 3) In the description of this studio, it says "kitchen." That is inaccurate! There is NO stove. There is a sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave, which makes it a kitchenette. There is, however, a portable electric stove top-like appliance. 4) The door handle wasn't firmly secured to the door. It just needs to be tightened.

The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning works great. The shower works great. But if you plan on cooking anything you may rethink your plans. No good way to cook. And there is no full size coffee pot. Other than that this condo was perfect. Loved the location and the beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was really great also. Would recommend

My stay here was good. It was well put together and was perfect for a beach vacation. However the couch bed was broken and the air mattress blew up but deflated very fast. Besides that it was good! Had everything you need. If you bring others bring your own air mattress

From the first step into this quaint rental to the last, we wouldn't have changed a thing! It's perfect for 2 but could sleep another couple. The Jacuzzi tub was exactly what was needed after a long day. Location is top tier for the beach access ramp is literally just a gate code away. Parking can be hit or miss but it did not bother us at all. John Castillo was very attentive to our questions/concerns. The local restaurants and bar/grills were welcoming, but very pricey. Our trip was absolutely better than expected. We look forward to booking again soon!

4 nite getaway
This place is about 1.5 miles east of Pier Park,Easy access to everything,right on the beach,the room has a big nice soft bed,60 inch tv,a couch,and a shower(bring towels because there's only 3 in the room,we went to Walmart and bought towels so we would not have to wash everyday on vacation)we loved this place because of location and this will be our go to spot,beach was not crowded,they do have a really big pool also

Cute,cozy and easy access to beach and pool
Absolutely loved our room and our stay. Owner was super helpful with any questions I had and quick to respond. Pull out sofa doesn’t work but he quickly let me know there was an air mattress in the closet. Our room was super clean and we had access to check in early upon arriving early. We will definitely be back. This has became a new favorite place for us to stay since it’s so convenient with parking, pool and beach.

Perfect spot!
We love Fontainebleau Terrace, it never disappoints. You can’t possibly be any closer to the beach and it’s never very crowded. The room had everything we needed for our stay to sleep 4 and make meals. We had one kid on the couch and the other on the air mattress and they liked that just fine. The bed was really comfortable! John is a great host and super fast to respond to any of our questions. We could not have had a better host, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Love the location and the private beach! That was great and just what we wanted. The construction being done wasn’t a huge deal, but it did have the outdoor restroom closed because of it. There was no grills outside like advertised, that was a little bit of a disappointment but not a huge deal, I’m just glad we looked before we went and bought stuff to grill like we had planned. The couch was extremely uncomfortable because it sagged down so low in the back. All in all…. We were there for the beach, so I’m still happy overall and would probably go back to this property… hopefully after the construction is done.

An amazing visit

the owner was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions, the cleaning company could do a little better (cleaning the walls, mop floors, just a really thorough deep clean!) the complex was under construction but that didn’t cause any issues. the private gated beach was perfect, very calm and beautiful. this space was perfect for my boyfriend and i, we will definitely be renting this condo again!

The room was small, also very dirty, and sofa bed is broken. Bathroom mirror is made with expectation of giants coming in and vanity for children. Needs renovating and good cleaning.

The property is under construction. Half of the parking lot is taken up with construction materials. There is no pool available to use. There is only a very small walkway to the beach in the middle of caution tape.There were construction workers everywhere and construction noise all day long. I understand maintenance has to happen but I think people should be aware.

A great get away
Location was just perfect. One night we stayed in and watched the sunset on the ocean. The next night we found the shops and the night life only a mile down the street. There are many options of things to do. I slept so well in the comfy bed as well. We left refreshed. I would stay here again.
