Ce condo est l'un des très rares condos 1 chambre à Panama City Beach avec la chambre principale face au golfe. Vous avez une vue complète sur l'océan depuis votre chambre, votre salon et même la cuisine! C'est notre maison loin de chez nous, et nous savons que vous l'aimerez autant que nous. Nous avons créé un cadre magnifique à l'intérieur du condo pour correspondre aux vues incroyables sur le golfe à l'extérieur.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, very nice, and clean the only thing we didn’t care for was the couch to sit on was uncomfortable but that’s due to being a pull out couch, other than that it was great.

Some things nice Condo

Condo was pretty, did not like the bathroom the bathtub is way too high and the caulk around the edges had a lot of mold, the bottom of the tub looked very dirty. No comforter on the bed just sheets and brown blanket. The worse part about this condo was the outdoor patio furniture, was completely rusty, I moved it down once and my hands smelled just like metal. Those chairs and tables are a hazard, someone could fall and get hurt if they broke which they are going too once the rust gets all the way through the metal. That large patio is wasted. You need to add some new patio furniture, maybe a place to eat and also another place to relax, but NO metal. Also leave some instructions of how to work the tv, we couldn't find anything to watch, couldn't get the tv to work at all. We ended up sitting on our own beach chairs that we took with us. Homeowner did a nice job remodeling the inside just NOT out on the patio they failed outside in a BIG way.

It was an amazing “sea-battacle”The view was perfect from both the living room and bedroom, just steps to the seashore, close to Everything. Black out curtains if you wanted to sleep in. Nice, comfortable and updated!

Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Not too firm and not too soft. Huge balcony. Remodeled kitchen with nice appliances. K-cup style coffee maker. Sofa is a bit uncomfortable for a heavy person, but the love seat was better. 3 small issues. Front door lock is difficult because it no longer lines up perfectly with the lock space in the doorframe. Just have to move the door slightly to find the right spot a few times. Balcony only has two rusty chairs and small tables. Not comfortable. Would be wonderful if they put some money into patio furniture. The entire place looked freshly painted except for the toilet room/shower (separate from vanity/sinks) ; back of the door needed to be cleaned and it had hair on it. There was some hair in the shower and the bathroom floor. Garden tub is dated but gets the job done. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. All in all it was a lovely condo. Would visit again!

Great stay. Beautiful setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The living room furniture was a bit dirty, but I’m sure it gets a lot of use. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was nicely furnished. We got in very late at night, so it would have been nice to have some Keurig coffee pods already in the unit for a morning cup of coffee, but Walmart was an easy walk to get the few things that we needed. The view of the water from the balcony was beautiful and we loved the easy access to the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Beach Getaway

The condo was nice enough. Updates had been made in the kitchen and bath. Appliances and outlets had been updated in those areas. Tub area could use more updates. The living room was small, but the furniture was noticeably stained. I took my throws, so it wasn’t an issue. The lights are clear glass in the kitchen and bath. They needed to be cleaned because they were noticeably dusty. The bedroom was very comfortable and had plenty of storage room. Door to patio was very hard to open, but we managed. Outlet on patio didn’t work. The view was great! There was plenty of room for furniture on the patio, but it only had two straight back chairs. The floor area of it could also use an update. The condo building itself could use some updates. Our building had two elevators, but one stayed torn up most of the week. We noticed a horrible smell in the room near the elevators much of the time. Gym needed repairs. Pool chairs needed cleaning. We had a great time, but I do think I will go back to this condo.

GREAT place to stay for couples and a teenager or two

This unit was very well decorated. SO beachy and cute! The bed is super comfy. We love the layout of the bathroom! The shower could be updated, but it was roomy and served its purpose. Beware, you have to really step up to get into and out of the shower/tub. The husband will be having hip surgery this week, so it was difficult for him. While I am very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (there were hairs still on the floor when we arrived), it was not horribly bad. This unit could use a small dining table and more chairs on that nice-sized balcony. The big pool between Towers 2 and 3 is very nice. Would love to stay again!

Great location

This is place is close to everything. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. Most tourist attractions were within a few miles. Easy beach access. The shower curtain was moldy. Everything else was clean. If you stay more than a few days be prepared to wash towels as there were only 4. Overall, I would recommend this condo, and I would stay here again.

Really liked this condo!

Except for the floor making the bottoms of our feet filthy, everything was good. There were a few things we asked housekeeping to take care of. We will come again in the fall as the decor and location is perfect. The weather was not great the first week. The second week was great!

Time out from everyday routine!

Excellent for the 2 of us. Location was great. This time of year is perfect to visit. Not crowded at all. Enjoyed watching the spring break kids having fun. Brought back good memories. Would definately stay again!
