This family resort has a seasonally heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. Be sure to check out the basketball and shuffleboard court! If you venture out on the town, there is so much to do in Panama City Beach. St Andrews State Park is just a few minutes walk away! Wonderful getaway
This place was better than I could even say in words. The condo was nice. The location was perfect. The beach area was wonderful. Just the perfect place to stay. I hope to rent it again someday soon.

Almost a great vacation
Panama City Beach and the location of this unit and it’s beach are fantastic. My family and I had a great time together. This would have been an easy 5 star trip had our condo not been filthy. Not dirty, but filthy. I will give the manager credit, they asked if I would like to send the cleaning people back but I didn’t want to waste a day or two. This place needs a deep clean and a bit of updating to boot. I can handle a bit of dirt but this was almost to much to bear. It looked as if it had never been dusted, there was a puddle of urine underneath the toilet. Sand on the floor, filthy dishes left under the stove (with food and grime on them), the kitchen faucet had black gunk and hair hanging from it, there was long black hair everywhere (everyone in my family has blond hair), behind the toilet in clumps, in the towels and linens, stuck to the walls in the kitchen. The furniture had families of dust bunnies under it as well as trash. As bad as all that sounds we cleaned it to our satisfaction and had a wonderful trip. I would go back to the Commodore, and even stay in that unit, but I won’t stay there under those same conditions again, and I don’t know how many people out there would tolerate it.

We love staying at the Commodore! We take our kids to PCB every summer! This condo was very comfortable and clean! the location is the best for us on the quiet side of town! This unit even came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which saves so much time and effort! I absolutely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a comfortable stay!

Beautiful place for stay with the family
The condominium is a nice place, one felt at home, the sofas were very comfortable and everything was clean, only the dryer for the clothes did not work but they told us the same day we were going to arrive and everything else was fine as described online I recommend it.

Everything was good except the dryer didn't work. And couldn't get anyone to look at it until we left. I messaged the property manager several times it took 2 days to get a response. After getting the news that we wouldn't have a dryer. I asked if there was a dryer we could use. I still haven't go a answer.

Beware!!!! Worst trip to PC Beach EVER!!!
They did not disclose the beach was closed during our entire trip. The information was listed on the Panama City dredging project but how is anyone supposed to know when they're coming from out of town that the government is doing work on the beach? This work was supposed to be done during the week I was there and there was no mention on the listing that the beach would be closed. I have screenshots of all of it and I have contacted you several times however I have not received a phone call back. This has been the worst experience starting with not being able to get a parking pass a few hours early so that we could go to the beach. That was resolved however when we got there the beach was a disaster due to the construction. Beware!!! Will never use this companies properties EVER AGAIN!!

Very nice place with great beach and pool view. Comfortable bed, full kitchen with laundry area - had everything we needed to make an enjoyable stay. I liked the decor with beach theme. Kids enjoyed all the beach toys and boogie boards included with unit in addition to two umbrella lawn chairs included each day of stay. Condo has grilling area with cornhole game. Nice location very near to state park and all the scuba shops and docks. Highly recommend.

Loved the property. Especially the recliners because I have back issues. Comfy bed. Light and bright. Well stocked. I like to clean and was disappointed that the vacuum cleaner did not work well. Think they need a new one.

Love this end of the beach in Panama City! This condo had the most comfortable bed of any condo we have ever stayed at! The TV was a decent size and the recliners are the reason we chose this unit. The condo was not quite as clean as they usually are but Hurricane Fred probably hurried the cleaning service. It was passable but not up to the usual standard.

The location of the unit is great. We love staying on the lower (quiet) end of the strip next to St. Andrews. Unit is older and needs a decor and paint update The master bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large, but a bit cluttered with furniture. A piece or 2 could stand to go. The unit itself was pretty small for 6 people. The living room felt cluttered with furniture. The 2 large recliners are nice, but are too big for the small space. The carpet in the bedrooms was not appealing. It needs to be replaced and updated like the flooring in the living area. Not sure why there are 2 area rugs stacked on top of one another in the living room, but it could be a tripping hazard. Same thing with the rugs at the front door. The master bathroom was very, very small and the tub shower unit was very small with a low ceiling. We had some drainage issues with a toilet and tub in each bathroom. I reported the issue and maintenance personnel was out the next day to address the issues. 👍🏼 However, drainage of sinks and toilets was a little slow, overall. Summation…. Great location. Unit needs updated decor and a de cluttering.

Brief relaxation
A day at the beach is better than any day anywhere else! Loved listening to the waves. Shower curtain had a little mildew, but other than that everything was decently clean. They had things there to use at the beach which was nice. The guards were so friendly. The elevators had a bit of an issue, but we were told a whole new setup will be installed around the 1st of April. Overall we had a wonderful time and made lots of memories.
