The dining area seats four comfortably and the breakfast bar includes an additional four swivel bar stools. A completely stocked kitchen is absolutely perfect for this beach condo. The high-end, large, granite counter top area provides plenty of room for preparing food and drinks, enjoying meals, entertaining friends, etc. Enjoy the filtered water dispenser built into the refrigerator.

Tropic Winds is nicely located in a mostly residential area. Enjoy short walks to the Gift Shop, Mike's Oyster Bar, or Thomas Donuts. Properties adjacent to Tropic Winds are small residential townhomes, not large hotel developments. As a result, out beach is not as crowded as at many other developments.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
