Living Room

If you spend tons of time in your living room, you are going to love this condo. The living room features large windows that overlook the water, town, and beaches down below. Plus, you can easily get to the outside area in just steps from the comfort of your cozy couch.

The living room features a plush couch with a coffee table where you can prop up your feet and read a book. The bright red coffee table matches the throw pillows and adds a 'pop' of color to the dark gray and blue living room decor!

We love the blue and tan color scheme that really brings out the nautical vibe of the apartment. Plus, the ample seating area, smart TV, low-lit chandelier lamp, and natural lighting from the large windows make this living room super modern and bright to make it feel even bigger than it already is.

Dining Room

Plus, if you have guests stay over, then they can sleep comfortably in the set of large bunk beds in the hallway. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the large living room that is great for last-minute guests or those who want some extra space and access to the kitchen at night.

If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is just down the block at Pier Park

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Please note the parking garage clearance at this facility is 7'.

NOTE: This property charges resort fees payable to the resort's front desk upon arrival or via a link emailed to you prior to arrival. The $40 fee covers two parking passes and six guest armbands. Note, if you register less than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, the fee is $51.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
