Townhome in Gulf Highlands with 11 pools and short walk to the beach

This beautiful updated townhome in the Gulf Highlands Resort has 2 bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. (Bedroom 1): King bed in primary bedroom with Canal views from this large, light and airy room. (Bedroom 2): Queen bed with en suite bathroom. There is a spacious living area and pullout sofa in living room that sleeps 2 for entertaining on first level with beautiful views of the canal. Our home is steps away from one of the resort's heated swimming pools. The resort offers eleven pools in total , with one on the beach. The resort provides gated access to the beach next to the Beach club and ocean side pool. Pickle Ball courts, miniature golf, shuffle board and kid's playground are additional amenities available during your stay.

Great Stay
Me and my family enjoyed staying here. The location was great, everything you need is about 5 minutes away. The beach was a close walk and Lindsay provides everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again! The neighborhood was good as well and easy access to everything. Lindsay responded quickly every time and communicated great.

get away
a nice play to stay to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun. Location was great location to beach and took no time to get there by foot. Also, it was wonderful not to have to bring own beach chairs and towels.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo at great location, 7-8 mins walk to the beach. Very spacious home, clean, and beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen. Staircase carpet needs little cleaning. Lindsay Perez was very prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Directions provided helped to locate place easily. Would definitely recommend this property.

Location was great, as were amenities at the property. The decor of the home, as well as extras the host provided were fabulous. We really enjoyed the turtles, fish and birds we could take in off the back porch. Great stay!

Great family house!
I really enjoyed staying here with my family this past week! The short walk to the beach was awesome and the pool that was across from the house that was super close to go to when you didn’t want to walk to the beach. Lindsay was in communication prior to the stay as well as during and after! Definitely would book here again when going to Panama City beach! 🥰

Property was as advertised. The condo was very clean and felt like home. Lindsay was very easy to work with. Location was good, a ten minute walk to the beach. The 18 hole putt putt course on the property was a nice bonus as well as the the 11 swimming pools on the property. The owner has chairs and a wagon to transport your stuff to the beach. What a help that was with 5 of us. Would definitely rent from Lindsay again, totally enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great! It was clean. The check in and out process was easy! It has everything you need for a day at the beach! It has a chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a wagon and even baby floats! I also seen a play pen for babies in the closet! The patio has a great view of the canal! We would definitely stay here again!!!

A VRBO FIRST
Lindsay, the homeowner, was a pleasure to work with. This was my first time renting through VRBO & she made the entire process easy with her quick responses to any of my questions. Additionally, I found the reviews from prior renters immensely helpful with comments about their experience at the property & additional amenities available that they found helpful that were not listed in the “about this rental” area. Highlights that my family & I enjoyed: •Spacious condo with superb air conditioning. •Generous amounts of towels. •Washer & Dryer on premises. •Ice maker inside freezer section of frig. •Beach chairs, beach towels, & two umbrellas were supplied free of use. I forgot to bring my umbrella so I was very happy that these were provided. •Immensely appreciated the supplied wagon to pull all the beach items to the beach. •Peaceful & relaxing patio behind condo overlooking a canal. •Generous amount of pools to choose from. •REALLY APPRECIATED that the resort’s pools were open until 11:00pm. Made for a nice opportunity to cool down with a late evening swim from a hot Florida day. •King size bed in the Master bedroom was incredibly spacious! I now want one for myself! •Beach was a quick walk & easy access, we realized on the last day the there are two sidewalks that run along each side of the beach pool. We were using the steps all week and discovered that the sidewalk on the right side of the building allows an extended ramp so you don’t have to carry the wagon up and down about a half dozen steps. •Location is central to many things to go see and do outside of the resort. We enjoyed the 11 minute helicopter tour & glad we chose the extra time, as it went by quickly. •We appreciated that it was a secure gated resort. •I knew from prior reviews that there was a Keurig in the kitchen, so I brought my reusable K Cup Coffee Pod Filter and that came in handy for a quick cup of coffee. •Beautifully decorated beach theme throughout the home. After looking through a large amount of VRBO listed properties from Gulf Shores area & along the panhandle, this property jumped out at me. The reviews were positive, honest & upfront. The resort complex upon entering through the gate as a first impression seemed a little outdated as mentioned by one reviewer, so we kind of expected it. Once we entered & stepped foot in to the condo, we were pleasantly surprised & let out a huge sigh of relief. We would definitely return in the future.
