The building with the most history in Casco Viejo as it is where the first president of the republic lived.

The accomodation includes:

- Room: Brand new double bed fully equipped with freshly washed and ironed sheets, pillows and cushions; 55 ' Smart TV with connection to Netflix and more than 2000 channels; AC Split air conditioning; Italian design desk perfect for working, etc.

- Bathroom: totally private inside the room, recently renovated with a shower tray and equipped with sets of freshly washed towels and irons; shampoo, gel, etc.

- Access to a shared kitchen (shared with 3 more rooms) outside the room fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, goblets, cups, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. It is cleaned every day. The guests are super respectful and clean in every aspect.

- The pool and the rooftop are areas where you can enjoy anytime you want (it is shared with the other 6 rooms, all of which we own).

The rooftop has unique views of both the old town and directly to the sea, where there will be incredible sunsets to enjoy while eating something or just relaxing.

Design pool in the heart of Casa Arias, where you can also enjoy its wall waterfall that lies down while you relax. An oasis within the heart of the old town.
