Casa Arias is a newly renovated building totally focused on obtaining a one time experience. You will enjoy a brand new room with a private bathroom and some areas with a unique charm.
Casa Arias is considered an oasis within Casco Viejo, being one of the few buildings with a private rooftop and pool.

The pool and rooftop are available for you to use any time you like (it is shared with the other 6 rooms, part of our property as well).
The rooftop has unique views of all of the old town, as well as directly to the sea, where there will be incredible sunsets to enjoy while you eat something or just relax.
Design pool in the heart of Casa Arias, where you can also enjoy its wall waterfall and lie down while you relax. An oasis in the warm old town.
