Take the Village Gondola to the upper village in minutes to grab your morning latte or a bite to eat. Seize the day by taking advantage of the world-class skiing and golf, then return to your suite for a nightcap and a perfect night's rest. Your stay includes access to the pools, hot tubs & more!


YOU'LL LOVE THE...

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a smart TV, You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. There is lots of seating for everyone making this the perfect place to cozy up and watch a movie.

There is a queen-sized murphy bed in the dining area. Please note that sheets and pillows are provided for you.

Primary Bedroom
Featuring a queen-sized bed that will have you never wanting to wake up. You can close the blackout curtains to treat yourself with a little extra shuteye. There is also a smart TV in this room so you can cuddle in bed watching a movie or have a spot for the kids to wind down.

BATHROOM
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

You will have access to the first-come-first-serve underground parkade, as well as street parking, for your vehicle(s.)


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


The Horsethief Lodges are in a prime location, offering shopping, dining options & hot pools by hopping on the Village Gondola just a quick walk away. Being in the Lower Village of the Panorama Resort, you'll be slope-side for quick access to the 138 mountain trails via the Toby Chairlift. Whether you're looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.


PANO-INVERMERE SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Invermere runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Ski Tip Lodge in the upper village. The first shuttle is at 9:47 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:21 PM.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Fantastic Stay on the Mountain
We had a great time and this was the perfect place for our small family of 3. The unit was clean, had all the amenities and the kitchen was well stocked right down to an air fryer and both drip and espresso coffee machine. Easy walk to Toby Chair and the hot tubs and the host was available to answer any and all questions and queries.

This condo comes well equipped with pretty much all you need in a kitchen. There’s plenty of dishes and cutlery, cups, glasses etc. I always find it annoying when the place sleeps 4 and there are exactly 4 cups, 4 plates, etc. Not this place. The kitchen is great. The linens are high quality. The bed is comfy. The unit is spacious.

Great condo and location
We really enjoyed this condo. It was a perfect size (2 people) and had everything we needed for our ski vacation. The condo is exactly as described. We had an issue with the front door lock but it was efficiently taken care of by Chelsea & Jerod. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in this condo
Nicely renovated with many personal touches. Well equipped kitchen with several extras added in (salt,pepper,filtered water in the fridge,condiments,coffee,sugar,etc). Comfortable beds, nice linens. We have stayed in many condos at Panorama and this one is now top of our list because it's thoughtfully done and well taken care of. Toby chair is close by for easy access to the ski hill. Only downside for us was the ski hill was closed due to extreme cold! No worries, a nice massage at the spa, dinner at the golf course, lunch at the T-Bar and Grill and a puzzle we found in the closet filled our time. Also, the screens in the living room and bedroom are newer and larger than most which was a definite plus. Will stay here again for sure.

Great condo for a mountain getaway. It was clean and has everything you need. Good location. Only minor inconvenience was that we didn’t realize we were supposed to have access cards to get into the pool area. We found them later but there was no mention of them in the check in information. The BBQ was also out of propane. Other than that it was great! Would definitely stay again.

Skiing - Spring break
The stay was nice. the condo was a nice location to the Toby chair lift and a short walk to the gondola. The Toby chair operator will let you on without a ticket for skiing to get to the main ticket booth to purchase. The condo was fully loaded, bedroom, murphy bed, kitchen, bathroom, deck/BBQ. Key code entry made things easier than having to hold/lose a key. Nice place overall, would recommend and would look at staying again at this place for another ski vacation. About 70 steps to the Toby chair. Inconveniences: Directions to the condo need to let the visitor know that the underground parking entry is a 6ft door, our vehicle was too big to get in, as well as the condo unit is on the upper row of units and left of the Toby chair if facing the mountain. The sink would give splash back, always wiping the counter after each use, Just design, how the water comes out of the tap and hits the sink basin. Shower and bathroom sink did not drain well, I had to pull the stoppers out and ended up removing handfuls hair from both to have the water drain out. Would recommend that this is cleaned out regularly as I could still feel hair in the tub drain but could not pull anymore out. Multiple remotes for the TV. No ski boot dryer or ski locker (or storage). Ideally, would recommend a small binder with instructions on the room. (how to adjust the heat, how to use the remotes, how to use the appliances, where to find the hot tub key cards, etc.)

Great location!
