Our $2.5 million condo located on Peninsula Papagayo, is a large 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo (2,800 sq. ft) giving you access to Costa Rica's most exclusive neighborhood and arguably one of the most beautiful places on earth. Our condo is one of only 16 on the entire peninsula where houses start at $6million. The condo is located on the same property as the Four Seasons Costa Rica and our nightly price is usually 70% less than a Four Seasons villa or 3 bedroom suite. We are a little known secret that gives you the Four Seasons experience without having to pay any where near the Four Seasons prices. Our condo is great, but more importantly we have a team of people available for you in Costa Rica that we know will make your experience amazing. When staying with us you will have access to our full time concierge for anything you need, daily housekeeping and our tour guides can take you on some amazing day trips (additional fee for the tours).

OUR CONDO

Three great bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an awesome open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and living area. The condo is maintained immaculately as we are neat freaks! The ocean and jungle views are amazing and we often feel like we could spend our entire vacation just sitting out on the giant balcony. Our condo has two Master Bedrooms with a King Size bed and a third custom bunk bed bedroom with two queen beds and four twin xl beds. Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, air condition climate control and private balcony with amazing waterfront and jungle views. The open dining, living room and kitchen setup makes the condo amazing for entertaining and spending time with family. Kids and adults love our bumper pool / poker table for additional entertainment. The main outdoor patio is large with an outdoor kitchen, dining table and couch seating area. Our Condo has an Infinity edge cliff side pool and outdoor gazebo with a commercial BBQ grill and bar area. The pool area and bbq grill are cleaned daily.

AMENITIES AND THINGS TO DO

Once you arrive at Peninsula Papagayo you never need to leave as activities such as golf, electric mountain biking, gym, fishing, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, nature tours and numerous beaches are all available. We are members of the Peninsula Papagayo Club ($125,000 membership fee and $30,000 annual dues). For an additional fee of $75 per a day per a person if you go to Prieta beach club($150 a day during Christmas and New Years week per a person), we are able to offer our guests access to the members only Prieta Bay Beach club. The Prieta Bay Beach club is managed by the Four Seasons and offers five star service with two great restaurants, day beds and chaise lounges on the beach or by the pool, two giant pools, a private workspace and a private gym. Four Seasons hotel guests do not have access to Prieta Bay Beach club unless they rent a Four Season villa, which ranges between $5,000 to $15,000 a night. In our opinion the The Prieta Bay Beach Club is nicer than the Four Seasons Hotel beach, which is probably why its only available for villa owners and members. We highly recommend you plan on spending a few days at Prieta Bay Beach club. The golf course called the "Ocean Course" is the nicest course in Costa Rica and a challenging and fun course surrounded by ocean, bay and jungle views. The golf course is only open to guest of Members and the rate to play 18 ranges between $175 to $240 depending on the time of the year. There are more than 12 restaurants on the peninsula located in the Four Seasons hotel, exclusive resort and Andaz hotel properties. You have access to all of the restaurants on the Peninsula and our concierge can help you with reservations and the scheduling of a private chef to cook for you at the condo.

A golf cart is highly recommended as the method of transportation around the Peninsula. We have lithium ion four seater golf carts available to rent for $90 a day or two for $160 a day. You do not need a car. We can help arrange your round trip airport transportation. On your way from the airport the driver will take you to the local grocery store or Pricesmart (like Costco) to get everything you need for your trip. There are lots of amazing excursions located under one hour away and we can recommend some great tours with professional tour guides and transportation. In condo or on beach massages are available.

The entire peninsula is incredibly safe as Peninsula Papagayo is a gated community with 24 hour security. Our condo is further located in a gated section. It is rare for people to even lock their doors on the peninsula and crime is not a concern unlike other some other cities in Costa Rica. We want to make sure you have an amazing stay and we are available to answer any questions.

Spectacular!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation condo and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality of the property manager and a breathtaking view that perfectly captures the Papagayo Pennisula. The condo was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect to the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals with ease. The outdoor patio was equally impressive, with a stunning view of the beach and rainforest that made it the perfect spot to unwind. The location was ideal – secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility, yet close enough to the beaches, golf course and hotel restaurants. the property manager Hazel provided fantastic recommendations and was always available to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. Our host Kelly was delightful and offered many suggestions to make our stay wonderful. We will be back!

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. The condo is better than pics. The individual AC per bedroom came in handy for personal preferences at night. The views….wow! As another guest posted, no one ever at the semi private pool over the cliffs. Cocktails and a game of pool overlooking the forest and ocean - perfect. If you like to hike and picnic, you can get to all the beaches without the club fees (but be prepared for 700 steps down). Gulf side very calm for swimming, Pacific side for waves and sunsets. E bikes were free at stations and we had a blast exploring (you still need to be able to pedal the uphills a bit). Great jogging trails and workout stations with water stations. Plenty of restaurants but for a personalized experience get Ever’s contact from owner. He is wonderful and showed us some of his country (tours/adventure) and brought in Chef Jeremy for a couple of fabulous meals. Absolutely worth it!!! We went several places around Costa Rica last year, this stop was the most spectacular. The golf looked unreal and we will have to come back for a few whacks. It won’t be a game because the vistas are going to take your breath away.

Great Condo
Took less than an hour to get to the condo. Papagayo Peninsula is a gated community - the landscaping is unbelievably manicured & lush. The condo was VERY clean. It's huge, well appointed and has a beautiful view. We had the pool to ourselves but didn't find time to use it much. Kids loved the bumper pool table. We stayed 4 nights after 3 in La Fortuna. We went to Tamarindo for surf lessons - it was a lot of fun but a little more of a drive than we expected. We also did a boat trip where they picked us up at the nature center area beach. Left our golf cart there and took the boardwalk to the beach. The water was like glass, warm and gradual drop off. Boat took us to caves, fishing, snorkeling and inner tubing. Was a blast! Used Ever at thebestdayevercr.com He is very responsive and helpful. Last day was spent at Prieta Beach Club (per person charge to enter). Includes 3 pools, lounge chairs, boogie boards, pool table, drink and food service as well as several restaurants. All the food and drink were delicious but I felt the drinks were a little pricey even for how upscale everything was. Free water, sunscreen and towels. The beach here is volcanic black "sand" and white sand. There are boulders in the surf. I recommend water shoes. It's a bit of a cove with one wave the entire beach. The waves were huge but there was a nice lull between them. Would return to CR and Terrazas! I would recommend you take groceries & try to make dining reservation in advance.

Multi-generational spring break
We traveled as a multi-generational family during spring break (ages 4-70). The condo itself was perfect for our needs with en suite bathrooms and a large living room for our group of 7. The location of the condo complex is convenient to the Four Seasons and walkable to the Nature Center and adjacent beach. Highly recommend renting a golf cart! We used. The condos shared pool almost every day and rarely saw others. The beach club is absolutely beautiful and worth the $75 per person fee. The private chef and tour service recommended by the property owner made the trip extra special.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with our adult children. It was a very special vacation. The home was beautiful and outfitted with everything we needed. The concierge, chef, and everyone we dealt with on the peninsula could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend the volcano tour. Everyone loved it! When my daughter got swimmer’s ear, our concierge, Ever, drove to the local drugstore to get what she needed. When it continued to get worse, he made sure she saw a local doctor, who saved the day. The people there are just lovely, and this property is top notch!

Communication with Kelly was excellent, from booking to the conclusion of our stay. The house was immaculate and exactly as advertised, with lots of room for our family of four to spread out. Dining alfresco on our balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean was a perfect conclusion to a busy day of sightseeing and adventures. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, so we were able to cook easily and hire a chef to cook for us one evening. Golf cart rental is a must to get around the Peninsula. Kelly was able to provide recommendations and contacts to help make our stay pretty seamless.

We absolutely loved our stay in Costa Rica and cannot speak more highly of our accommodations and host! The property was better than advertised and had views you could enjoy forever! Even with 11 people, ages 6 months to 60, we always felt like we had plenty of space and rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably! The house was stocked with everything a guest could need with attention to small details that other comparable properties may overlook. The property manager, Kelly, was so easy to work with and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. She had wonderful local recommendations and was responsive to any question or request. We will definitely visit this property again and would highly recommend it to family and friends!

Booked for family of 5 in july. Communication with owner before was outstanding. surprisingly comfortable. Mid 80s to low 90s. Low humidity, Guanacaste is dry tropical zone and driest province of Costa Rica. Green, no mosquito Condo is superb. larger than photos. Felt easily over 2500 sq ft. Rooms/baths are huge. 3 decks overlook pool and bay. Location is multi-million dollar view. Very private. Only ran into one person one day at shared semi-private pool. Papagayo peninsula is under considerable construction now due to $100 million renovation project. new Ritz Carlton property underway. 9 holes of golf course being redesigned too and not playable but 9 signature holes with views both sides were playable and jaw dropping. Prieta Beach club is exceptional. They charge $50/day per person, set up through a form with your name and credit card at front desk and bill you for use. All staff remembered us second day. Celeb pampering: Towels, lemon water, sunscreen, drinks, food. Everything is 5-star resort quality. restaurants on peninsula are bit tricky. Four Seasons favors their guests with tables only after 8pm and limited but dive bar at marina is excellent for a good burger + beer, and the restaurants at Prieta beach club and golf club house are very very good. Ever with “Best day ever tours” was just exceptional!!! took care of us like family! Every excursion planned perfect and absolutely epic!!!!! Gracias mi hermano! Pura Vida!

The property and the location made for the perfect vacation.
First of all, we can not say enough good things about the hosts. Kelly, and her local team including Hazel and Ever, were incredible in terms of communication, advice and general assistance prior to and throughout the trip. The community of Peninsula Papagayo is unlike any other place we have stayed both in terms of beauty and amenities. The Prieta Bay Beach Club was a highlight of the trip, so make sure you find enough time to spend there. The food and atmosphere at the local restaurants (Dive Bar, Nemare, Olas...) is wonderful, as well. Other great activities on the peninsula include boat outings, golf, pickleball, tennis and surfing. Everyone who works there and everyone we met in Costa Rica was helpful, friendly and happy. The property, itself, is spectacular and in the most incredible and private setting overlooking the bay and the private pool. It is beautifully appointed and convenient, and we would highly recommend having golf carts to get around (no need for a car). The bunk bed setup is also very cool, especially if you have a number of kids in your group. Finally, the local guide, Ever, is one in a million and helped arrange some trips that we'll never forget, so please make sure to use him if you go. Can't say enough about the trip or the property. We will be back.

Fabulous and beautiful come to mind. I could only give 5 stars. Seriously though, the place was wonderful. I cannot recommend more.

wonderful stay
My husband, and two teenage daughters had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place. The condo is beautiful, clean, has comfortable beds and blankets, and a stocked kitchen. Any additional items one may need can be handled by concierge or by Ever. The beach club, even during the peak holiday season, did not feel crowded, has amazing food, a beautiful gym, convenient work/study space, and a spa. We loved our stay. Thanks so much for opening up your place to us!
