A two storey Villa, very popular with smaller families, who want a private pool and get away from the busier developments. It is located JUST 600 METRES FROM THE SEA! You need less than 12 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach and similar distance to town.

The Villa benefits from full air-conditioning (cold/hot), solar pressurized water system, high speed wifi internet inside-out, mosquito net screens and 3 usb points for all your holiday charging needs for camera, phones and iPads. Approximately 86 sqm of internal space, fully equipped with all essentials to help you feel as home during your holidays!


Upstairs are two bedrooms; a double and a twin room. There is space for a cot and plenty of cupboard space in either bedroom and a family bathroom. Guests should note that the stairs are quite steep and although we can fit stair gates, extra care should be taken with small children.

At the ground, an open plan area with the lounge, dining, kitchen and a WC. Patio doors lead out to the green garden, with lovely furnished veranda, private swimming pool (6 x 3 meters), shadings and garden lighting.

Please note that the villa has adjoining villas either side.

OUTDOORS
The villa has lovely outdoor areas where you'll spend most of your time in Cyprus - lots of outside areas to relax in the shade or sun on a hot day. An outside dining area under canopy, perfect for any time of day, a hammock and table to have morning coffee, a bistro set and a set of sunloungers by the pool to chill out.

The pool is 1m by the steps and 1.5m at the deep end. The pool area is gated for children's safty and has an outside shower, sunloungers and parasol.

It makes a great play area around the PRIVATE PLAYGROUND☆☆☆, where children can spend all day playing while you relax. The garden size is manageable, so kids can be observed easily.

There is plenty of parking available off-street, at the front of the villa.

During weekends may have live or dj music. We call that out so that people know to be courteous and mindful of noise ☆★.

→ The property is ★SELF-CATERING, meaning that NO edibles, cosmetics, cleaning or any other products can be found in the house.

→ Pool maintenance is set twice a week during summer time and once per week during winter. ★☆Note that during the maintenance, the workers will enter INDEPENDENTLY from the back garden gate and will direct to the pool. ★☆You cannot control, rearrange or deny the access for the pool maintenance.

The area of Agia Triada is one of the most amazing and picturesque areas, which extends three kilometers from the city of Paralimni.

The beach of Agia Triada is 120 meters long and 40 meters wide. Its sand is fine and makes it one of the ideal destinations for families and lovers of tranquility.

The beautiful view that offers the backdrop of the homonymous chapel of the Holy Trinity, cannot leave indifferent bathers and passersby.

* There is a bus stop a few metres away from the villa where you can get buses to Pernera and Ayia Napa, Kapparis. From Larnaca Airport it is 45 minutes by taxi or car

* The nearest big supermarket is Metro and it is on the road up to Paralimni on the left hand side and you could either use a taxi or bus to get there and back. BestValue mini market is also great for some quick shopping. Buses run every 20 minutes at the bus stop 100m from the villa.

As with most places, floors can get slippery when wet, especially around the pool/patio. The tiles have been treated with anti slip however we would also recommend wearing flip-flops around the pool to keep little ones super safe.

Children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult AT ALL TIMES when in and around the pool. Please keep your children safe and enjoy your holiday.
