Welcome to our house. Quiet Parisian apartment located on the first floor in a beautiful aera near the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette. Transport (metro, bus, tram) totravel are very close. We are happy to welcom when you will come.

Bienvenue chez nous. Appartement parisien au calme situé au 1er étage dans un beau quartier proche du Canal de l'Ourcq et du Parc de la Villette. Les transports (métro, bus, tram) pour se déplacer sont très proches. Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir lors de votre venue.

Un coin douillet et tranquille
Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Les fenêtres donnant sur une cour intérieure, on n’entend pas le bruit de la rue. Hôtes qui nous renseignent sur les commerces avoisinants, le métro, les restaurants, le fonctionnement de la laveuse pour le linge. La cuisine disposait de tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit, parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple.

Lovely flat in Paris
This flat is wonderfully comfortable and outfitted with every you need for a great stay. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, as is the bathroom, fresh towels and linens. The bed is very comfortable. It has a washer for your laundry convenience. Asha was a wonderful and gracious host, who made sure I was comfortable and greeted me on check-in. Asha remained in contact to ensure my stay was comfortable and had great recommendations in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is lovely along the canal, and there is ample grocery shopping nearby. A great place to stay, and be welcomed warmly. Highly recommended!

Wir waren im Februar für 5 Tage in Paris und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, da sie im Rückgebäude im Hof liegt und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet (wie auf den Fotos). Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und vieles darüber hinaus (Erstverpflegung).Die Lage nahe der Kanäle ist wunderbar, die Metro zur schnellen Anbindung an das Zentrum leicht fußläufig erreichbar.Das Beste zum Schluß: Ganz reizende und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Aus unserer Sicht konnte es nicht besser gehen. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles.Gabi und Leo

Awesome flat in the 19th
I’m afraid to say how great this place is, because more people will stay and it won’t be available when I come back!Charming, clean and well appointed. Everything I needed to live like a Parisian this week. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed and sofa. Really perfect in every way!It is not in a tourist area, so if your intention is to be very close to the famous attractions this may not suit you best. But the area is safe, with many local restaurants and bars. It is close to the canal and river which has a very local feel. Do not miss the market on Thursday and Sunday to buy some food and cook your dinner. Asha and Vincent are very good hosts. Thank you both!

Delightful little place in Arr XIX...the hostess Asha was extremely accomodating, patiently going over the features of the place with an 8 hours jet lagged arrival...plus coffee, juice, sparkling water and assorted bakery items. Its a 125 year old flat a bit out from the center and the "stuff", but it's a short walk to either Crimee or Corentin Cariou metro. And a only slightly longer walk to bars, cafes, etc along the canal de la Villette.

Die hübsche Wohnung war für meinen 12-tägigen beruflich bedingten Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt. Überrascht war ich, wie ruhig es dort war. Amazing hosts!
this pretty apartment was located close to a metro station, which made it very easy to get anywhere around Paris. The unit and building were very safe with multiple layers of security and we were never concerned for any safety issues. The hosts went above and beyond in providing snacks and treats and drinks for our use upon our arrival. Very kind and thoughtful people who also had excellent communication before and during our stay. Each room had a window that opened to a quiet courtyard space if you need fresh air. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that I’ve slept on in any rental unit I’ve stayed in over the last number of years. Such a great night sleep! We were very pleased with our visit and would gladly stay again!

The Best Apartment Experience.
Of the twenty or so apartments/houses we have rented in15 years in 6 countries, this one was the best. The property is spacious.clean. comfortable with everything you need. The owners, Asha and Vincent have set up the apartment from their experiences in renting a holiday apartment. As well as the basics of tea, coffee,(3 types).milk, pasta, wine,, bread,jam,there were also reserves of cleaning needs , kitchen towel and toilet rolls! Asha met us at the door to show us around. They both helped us with bags and travelling. Tha k you.

The apartment was so clean and homely. It was so kind of them to leave a baguette, drinks, jams and pasta on arrival! Asha was so helpful and welcoming and was available for anything you needed. Little gem in Paris
Asha was very welcoming and hospitable. She anticipated our needs for milk, coffee, wine and much more. Great space in a convenient location
Our stay at Asha and Vincents apartment was perfect! The space was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Asha was so attentive and met us for check-in and continued to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The metro station was a very short walk away with a direct train to the city center and there were many options for food within walking distance. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely book again!

Comfortable, and handy to everything
The hosts could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Metro and grocery very close. Try the friendly Cafe Urbain for your cafe/croissant before starting the day. Building is VERY quiet, clean & safe; apt. has all the essentials. I highly recommend for a quiet stay away from the city centre, yet still close by metro. Asha was extremely accommodating and kind in every way!

I stayed here with my wife for a combination work / pleasure visit. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts, Asha and Vincent. They were super accommodating for our arrival at an odd hour, and helpful with tips on the neighborhood, the property itself and really anything we asked. We had a very nice stay.

Lovely apartment in quiet building
We loved our five nights at Asha and Vincent's lovely apartment. It is perfect for two people and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The building is very quiet despite being in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood. We walked everywhere but the metro stops and buses are just a couple of minutes from the apartment. Asha and Vincent made us feel so welcome and checked in via text during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would recommend this listing without hesitation.

My stay in the 19th district
Asha kept in touch with us for arrival time and she and her husband Vincent met us to help with luggage and to help familiarize us with the apartment. She gave directions to stores, the metro etc. She checked in mid week to make sure all was well. You can’t ask for a more helpful owner. The apartment was spotless and bed was comfortable. It was wonderful having an onsite washing machine and there is a laundry right next door if you don’t want to hang your clothes to dry. We always felt safe walking around. This location is farther out from some of the popular districts but the metro is close by and a convenient way to get around once you learn the system. Warning do not drop or toss your metro ticket before exiting the station. It is a $50 euro fine even if you have a receipt. Only your validated ticket counts and they do spot checks in the tunnels. Explore there are a lot of hidden treasures in the 19th and a wonderful park if that interests you and the metro goes to within walking distance of all the major sites.

Ficamos por uma semana no apartamento da Asha e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. O apartamento é muito limpo e muito bem equipado, tem tudo que é necessário para a estadia. A cama é muito confortável e a pequena cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para o dia a dia. Foi ótimo poder cozinhar nosso café da manhã com produtos franceses dos diversos mercados que ficam por perto. A cama é muito confortável, e a roupa de cama e banho é muito limpa e cheirosa. O apartamento está a poucos minutos a pé do metrô, então, apesar de ser um bairro um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, isso não é um problema, pois o metrô te leva a qualquer lugar em Paris. A Asha foi muito atenciosa no processo de check-in, a comunicação com ela foi muito clara e fácil. Recomendo esse local para quem quiser ter uma experiência de viver como um local em Paris.

This is a nice, quiet, clean place just minutes away from two stops on Metro Line 7 (Crimee and Corentin Cariou). It had plenty of space for our small family of three. The host is very nice and very responsive if you have any questions at all!

Lovely appartment in great part of Paris
We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment was scrupulously clean, had everything we could possibly need and the bread, cheese and wine on our arrival was much appreciated. We found the 19th arrondisement to be a less-touristy part of Paris, with friendly bars, cafes and restaurants, particulary down by the canal. With bus stops and Metro stations nearby it was also easy to reach the centre of the city. Many thanks Asha and Vincent for your warm welcome and hospitality.

Wonderful Experience!
We wanted to experience life in Paris as well as seeing all the sights and landmarks this great city is known for. Asha and Vincent's apartment in the 19th Arrondissement was very charming, clean and provided all amenities we required for a month long stay. The nearest subway stop is an easy 5 minute walk (Crimee) and this line takes you into the heart of Paris and all other desired destinations including any required transfers. Although the 19th is considered the outskirts of Paris, it is centrally located when considering CDG airport, Montmartre, Disney Land (if that is important to you), La Vallee outlets and commercial centre and the heart of Paris. The neighbourhood has one of the largest parks in Paris and a substantial water front canal system lined with breweries, restaurants, cafes and park land perfect for walking and running. Ave. de Flande has numerous grocery stores, bakeries (Chez Meunier was our fave) and butcher shops and we found the locals very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going into Paris centre numerous times but it was nice to escape the crowds and tourists at the end of the day and have a cocktail relaxing on the waterfront! Asha and Vincent are stellar hosts! Thank you both for a fabulous experience!
