Nid d'amour Ă  quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel

EntiÚrement rénové en mai 2012, Tout l'équipement est neuf (cuisine, salle de bains, salon). Il est situé au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble des années 40. Il est trÚs lumineux, confortable et intime car, il donne complÚtement sur la court intérieure pleine de fleurs, de plantes et un réservoir de poissons.

Le studio du 20m2, a été conçu pour bien accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes: le salon en parquet est équipé d'un canapé-lit (140x200) et un lit double mezzanine (160x200), TV satellite, wifi illimité d'accÚs.
La cuisine avec une attention aux détails, a tous les conforts: place à induction, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain, etc.
La salle d'eau avec un design spa dispose d'un WC, lavabo en pierre naturelle et grande douche Ă  l'italienne oĂč on peut se detentre


Les Transports
L'appartement, vous avez accÚs au plus grand nombre que 3 stations de métro: Dupleix (50 mÚtres), Champs de Mars-Tour Eiffel (200m) et La Motte Piquet-Grenelle (400m).
Sinon, pour une visite insolite mais original de la ville, nous conseillons de louer des vélos Vélib, fournis par la ville de Paris, à prix super réduit. La station Vélib, la plus proche est à 50 mÚtres.

De 'Dupleix' il y a la ligne 6, qui mÚne à Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (Arc de Triomphe, Champs Champes, etc) à Trocadéro, Montparnasse (la Tour de Montparnasse) Denfer-Rocheraou (pour l'aéroport d'Orly) 'Place d'Italie' et à Nation.

De 'Champs de Mars-Tour Eiffel', il y a le RER C, qui mÚne à la gare 'Musée d'Orsay', Saint-Michel (Quartier Latin) Cité (Notre-Dame et l'Ile de la Cité) Versailles (Versailles Résidence) Gare d'Austerlitz (trains vers le Sud de la France et l'Espagne)

De 'La Motte Piquet - Grenelle' il y a la ligne 8, ce qui conduit à des Invalides (tombeau de Napoléon), Concorde (Place de la Concorde, Tuileries) et Opera (Opéra de Paris et la Galerie La Fayette)

Appartement que je loue depuis 4 ans Ă  la mĂȘme pĂ©riode et toujours aussi sympa. la rĂ©ception se fait toujours dans la bonne humeur. Situation gĂ©ographique idĂ©ale pour les visites parisiennes. ProximitĂ© de la Tour Eiffel et du mĂ©tro. Si vous avez envie de visiter Paris, n'hĂ©sitez pas, cette location est pour vous de part sa qualitĂ© intĂ©rieure et de sa situation gĂ©ographique. Triste et mal entretenu bien que la personne (Elena) qui reçoit fasse de son mieux.

FenĂȘtres en partie aveugles (stores hors de fonction) et ne pouvant Ă  peine s'ouvrir, tĂ©lĂ©vision marchant un coup sur deux, crochets en bois dans la douche... cassĂ©s, bref si tous ces inconvĂ©nients Ă©taient rĂ©parĂ©s, ce (trĂšs) petit studio serait correct. Nota bene: mon mari a rĂ©parĂ© et collĂ© 2 tabourets servant de siĂšges!J.Ruffianati

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement est localisĂ© au cƓur de l'action. Confortable et moderne, il aurait cependant besoin d'un peu d'entretien (fissures au plafond, moisissures dans la salle de bain, cĂ©ramique brisĂ©e). On y dort bien la nuit. Cependant, de part sa localisation au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, il y a beaucoup de bruits de fermeture de porte dĂšs 7h30 le matin, ce qui est trĂšs dĂ©rangeant. Un ferme porte et une meilleure insonorisation de la porte d'entrĂ©e de l'appartement aiderait sĂ»rement Ă  attĂ©nuer ce problĂšme. Les commoditĂ©s comme le tĂ©lĂ©phone et la tĂ©lĂ©vision sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s. En gĂ©nĂ©ral, on a aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  cet endroit.

Very happy with Love Nest

This is a very conveniently located little apartment. The Metro is just steps away, yet the apartment, facing into a courtyard, is quite quiet. Shopping, laundry, cafés, the Seine and Eiffel Tower are all easily accessible. The apartment itself feels bigger than it appears, with a smart arrangement. We were very comfortable and happy here for our month long visit to Paris

Great location for stay in Paris

We stayed in this apartment for 1 month. The positives: Great communication with the host Excellent location - close to metro and bus, huge supermarket nearby, huge food market every Wednesday and Sunday, several bakeries and other shops nearby. Easy check-in - check-out. Fully equipped kitchen including expresso machine. Some negatives, I hope owner addresses some of them. The apartment is very small, it was ok for two of us, but that probably reflected in price. While apartment was clean, we did not like how bedding was given. Both sheets and pillowcases were not ironed and did not feel fresh. Towels was ok. Shower door was leaking. Overall, it's a good stay for the money.

Was a dream come true

I stayed for a month and got a discount. The host and staff are wonderful. They answered all my questions. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower is very nice, there is a room heater in the bathroom. There are laundry mats and grocery stores in almost every direction. Rue de Lourmel is 1 block away, has specialty food stores to make a gourmet meal. Duplex metro station is across the street. Use the metro and you can get anywhere in the city in less than 30 minutes. 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and river. Point de Bir-Hakeim on the river is one of the most beautiful areas along the river. Wednesdays and Sundays, pop-up market across the street at Duplex metro station is one of the best in the city. I felt like I was living in a neighborhood. Area is so centrally located to the city but not touristy. This place was a dream.

This little flat was perfect! It has everything you need and Anthea and Paolo were very helpful.

The flat is located half a block from a Metro station in a little neighborhood with EVERYTHING you could need. Lots of cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, little markets, fresh food shops and a laundromat. It was a quiet condo building with all the conveniences. We highly recommend this flat!

Fantastic location

We were especially pleased with the location of the apartment. It is so accessible to the metro, bakeries, restaurants, groceries, and other shops. We liked the energy in the morning of the people and families hustling to work and school. On Sunday, we happened into the market across the street and it was superb. Our hosts were also very good and helpful. Yves met us upon arrival and departure and was very pleasant. Paolo and Anthea communicated starting a couple weeks before our arrival to be sure everything was in order. They provided useful information on transportation options from the airport that saved us from being tricked into getting a non-profit flat rate taxi. (Beware of those guys at the airport!) Anthea also helped us tremendously one day during our stay when we encountered our RER station was closed. Via WhatsApp, she helped sort out our best option and we were back on our way to Versailles. Being on ground floor, the apartment is very accessible. It is very small as we expected. I would say too small for 3 people and luggage. It was fine for us mostly because we had lovely weather and were there very little. It is definitely more suited for one or two people with not much luggage. In general, the apartment needs some love and the photos presented on VRBO are not representative of its current condition. The bathroom being the area of biggest need. There is quite alot of mildew making an unpleasant smell and feeling of it not being clean. A couple floor tiles are loose from water intrusion. There were some other issues that didn't greatly affect our stay but could greatly improve someone else's stay if they are addressed: The fireplace doesn't work as far as we could figure out which wasn't much of an issue. We were provided a plug-in electric heater which worked well but contributed to feeling a bit more cramped. The hairdryer blows only cold air, the towels were rough, and wall hooks to hang coats would be useful. Finally, there was some construction occurring in the store front adjacent to the apartment. It was only during the day but it made it impossible to return for a nap or quiet lunch. Luckily, we had great weather and could be away all day. This is most likely a short-term issue and will be resolved when the store renovation is completed.

Great location, efficient space, and wonderful assistance from hosts.

Anthea and Paolo went out of there way to help us on our visit to Paris - maintaining contact with us before, during, and after our stay. The location of the flat was perfect for us and it was quiet and welcoming. Two fans in the unit helped take the edge off the Paris summer heat. The kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals and the bed was comfortable. Mercie beaucoup et mille grazie!

My partner and I had a great stay. Communication prior to the stay was easy and always responsive. Due to the train strike we arrived 8 hours late at around 10 pm but instructions how to access the unit was excellent. Unit was small but clean and well equiped and everything that was promised. The best of Paris at your doorstep!

This rental is beautifully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door is a bonus! It is perfectly located near all you could possibly need public transportation, food store, restaurants and even a laundromat. Best of all, the hosts have a binder they created in several languages with information for all you could need access to and distances. We also got a friendly visit via the kitchen window from Gaia, a lovely Great Dane that was sweet as pie. If Paris is your destination, this rental needs to be your home while there!

Paolo and Anthea’s place was very nice and amazing. It was a very safe area and just a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower. Everything was clean and neatly placed. The bed was very comfy. And Paolo and Anthea are great hosts and has helped us out with all of our random questions. My stay here was splendid and would recommend it for anyone.

Worth every penny!!!

This is a great location just down from the Eiffel Tower. It is convenient to metro line 6 which takes you to the arc de triumph along with connecting easily with the rer train lines and other metro lines. The place is very clean and Anthea & Paolo are friendly. If you need directions just ask they have them all and will email you a link along with excellent instructions on airport transportation. We are grateful they recommended the train and advised us of the weather before we left the states. Prior to our arrival we found out that Paris was having the most snowfall since 1987. It was very pretty but certain buses do not run if the roads are icy making the train the best option for transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place for others.

Everything we needed in a great location

On first impression it was smaller than we originally thought but it was perfect for my husband and I. The location was amazing; 15-20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower and less than 5 mins walk to the nearest Metro station. We were very comfortable in this cozy little flat and looked forward to coming back to it at the end of a day of sightseeing. The owners were very helpful in getting in touch and sharing information regarding the flat, transportation and Paris in general weeks before our trip. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect for easy access to anywhere in Paris!

My husband and I were first time Paris visitors. This location was directly next to the Metro 6 which can get you anywhere around Paris should you have walked more then you could. You can easily walk to th Eiffel Tower in just minutes. Or the Seine River just up the street is an easy visit. Staying at this place made for a exceptional authentic experience living in a building of local residents. We had the time of our lives. We were able to actually take home leftovers of the delicious dinners out. I haven’t even gotten to the amount of cafes where you can sit and enjoy a meal or coffee while people watching and taking in the day to day life.
