Charmant 3 pièces idéalement situé en plein Centre de Paris, au coeur du fameux quartier piéton et très commerçant de Montorgueil.

Appartement de standing avec parquet en bois massif et cheminée en marbre, 1 grand salon donnant sur une cour très calme, 2 Chambres, 2 Salles des Bain et 2 Toilettes. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Entièrement rénové et meublé, spacieux et très confortable. La literie est neuve et d'excellente qualité. Profitez à la fois du charme de l'ancien et de prestations modernes.

À quelques mètres des commerces alimentaires, restaurants et terrasses de café, boutiques et boulangeries.. Sa localisation centrale est parfaite pour se promener, découvrir et circuler dans la capitale. Ainsi rejoignez à pied le musée du Louvre, l'église Notre-Dame, Beaubourg et le Centre Pompidou, le quartier du Marais, l'Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet et les quais de Seine, les Halles ou l'Opéra Garnier..

Pour le shopping, vous trouverez des boutiques de luxe près de la Place des Victoires ou bien dans le quartier de l'Opéra Garnier : le Printemps et les Galeries Lafayette notamment. Pour la mode, le quartier du Marais fait également office de référence. La 'rue de Rivoli' et le complexe commercial 'Les Halles' sont aussi très proches à pied de l'appartement.

Super location et superbe appartement près de Montorgueuil
L'appartement est très moderne, lumineux et bien organisé. Il est super bien situé et très sécuritaire. Par contre, le mobilier de la pièce séjour n'est pas confortable si vous comptez passer beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement, les chaises de la table à diner sont aussi très incofortables mais les les lits et les chambres sont géniales pour leur intimité et leur confort. Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer, c'est propre mais ça pourrait être plus minutieux. J'y retournerais sans faut ceci dit. Bon séjour

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé près de la rue des petits carreaux où nous retrouvons tous les services, restaurants, traiteurs, épicerie...De plus, le métro est au coin de la rue. C'est la 2 e fois que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits.

Charing Parisian Apartment in a Perfect Location
This beautiful, charming Parisian apartment was the perfect choice for our group of four adults. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of excellent shopping, bakeries, and restaurants. Having two full bathrooms was a major plus, and the simple check-in process and great communication with the owners made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing location and very comfy apartment!
The magic of this apartment is surely the centrality of its location. Rue Montorgueil is just around the corner and you really feel privileged to be so close to all the central Paris sites. Wandering about in any direction is lovely. The apartment is quite nice and well cared for—much more spacious than many. Having separate bathrooms is really luxurious—though the WC in the dining room requires a bit of manufactured privacy (music/tv noise) to be a comfortable user experience. The building offers a full-on Parisien apartment experience with a lovely courtyard and three-floor walk up. The walk up was more challenging for my retired parents than we expected, but they managed. Really this was a perfect apartment for our needs and a fabulous week in Paris!

In my opinion, this apartment is located in the best neighborhood in the city! It's a half block from a vibrant street of restaurants and shops that offer fantastic options. The apartment is in a quiet building of residents. The beds were comfortable and the showers were wonderful. Laurent was easy to communicate with and gave EXCELLENT recommendations. Highly recommend this rental.

Lovely apartment in Paris
Perfect location for our family! Near so many restaurants and markets, we wished we had more time to try them all. Very close to the train and the train system in Paris is very easy, so we used it our entire stay. My children enjoyed having their own space. The kitchen was helpful so that we didn’t have to eat all meals out. We didn’t cook but made sandwiches and had snacks on hand. The apartment is very modern with new fixtures. Would definitely recommend to others.

Bright, large, and convenient
We were grandparents traveling with two grandchildren (8 and 12 years old) on their first trip to Paris. The location of this apartment was excellent; about a block away from the Rue Montorgueil street market, with bakeries, a variety of shops, and restaurants. The Seniter and Reaumer Metro stops are nearby and Les Halles is about a 15-minute walk. The light, bright, and airy unit was on the 3rd floor; the biggest drawback was the 67-step spiral staircase up to the unit (no lift in the building). However, Jim, the property greeter, met us upon check-in and greatly assisted with getting our luggage upstairs. A well-equipped kitchen made for convenient meal preparation and grocery stores were within a 5-10 minute stroll. The two, separate bathrooms worked well for us. It was nice having a TV with a variety of international channels, rather than just a streaming TV. While the washing machine locked on us, with our clothes inside, the owner was very prompt and extremely attentive on satisfactorily resolving the issue (we understand he has now replaced the defective machine). The owner's service and attention were truly remarkable - we were very impressed and would return again!

Wonderful Apartment in a Local Neighborhood
The apartment was very comfortable and airy. It was perfect for the three of us. The apartment is very well situated. There is a pedestrian just steps away filed with food shops and bistros. It is also located between two metro stops and walking distance to the train station. However, if you enjoy walking, it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre.

Highly Recommend
We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it. We found it as pictured, as well as clean, bright, and well heated. (Paris was quite cold at the time.) The blankets and linens were in good condition, but we could have liked 2 pillows per person instead of one. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and newer, working appliances. The legs on some of the dining room chairs were bent, but there were enough extras that we just didn’t use them. The showers were hot with good pressure. The location was perfect for us. That part of Rue Reaumur is quiet, especially at night, but it’s literally steps away from the Sentier metro stop and all the cafes and shops on rue Montorgueil. We’d recommend the cafe on the corner, La Petite Carreaux, and the Eric Kayser boulanger/patissier on the other side. There’s also a Starbucks and McDonalds there, if that’s your thing.

Beautiful Paris
The apartment is well located in the second arrondisement. Metro, Shops, grocery and restaurants are abundant nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night, place is roomy, bathrooms were excellent. Be advised that its on 3rd floor and the building has no elevator. We very much enjoyed staying here, definitely recommend.

Best Location in Paris
You can’t beat this location. Walk a half block and turn left or right and you will be swept away by cobblestone streets and cafes and restaurants and creperies and bakeries and lovely shops. There are several metro stations and bus stops nearby for easy access to all the tourist attractions. There’s also a huge mall about a ten minute walk away. For those who want something familiar from the USA, Starbucks and McDonald’s are right at the corner. I also walked four minutes to Neoness Gym on Grenata every morning. Ten euro for a day pass but worth it for all the best cardio and weights- and very clean. The apartment isn’t super spacious but had enough room for myself, my husband, and four “kids” ages 16-26 to comfortably stay. It was clean and newly renovated with comfortable beds, good closet space, and great bathrooms. The host is excellent with communication! He will cheerfully answer all your questions. And his guidebook is very helpful. Also check-in was easy. The one source of confusion for us was the laundry machine. There is a detailed information sheet but somehow none of us could figure out how to get it to do exactly what we wanted it to do. I ended up washing my clothes twice somehow when I meant to wash them and then JUST dry them…and my son set it for 30 minutes and…. two and a half hours later it was still running. My daughter hung all her clothes to dry, not wanting to mess with it. But that was minor. I highly recommend this listing!! Great stay!

This apartment was amazing. The location was great, the access to public transportation was awesome and the vibe was cozy. Laurent was such a great communicator and made sure we knew the lay of the land before we even arrived. I would book a stay at this apartment next time I am in Paris... you should, too!

Excellent stay and fantastic location!
We had a fantastic stay at Laurent's apartment. The location is amazing, not just central to all of Paris and close to 2 Metro stops, but also one block from the lively Rue Montorgueil with so many restaurants and cafes. But the apartment is far enough so that it is quiet, and we also felt safe as 4 women walking around. Laurent's communication was excellent and we had plenty of room for 4 adults - a nice size kitchen and living area to lounge. The description is very detailed, so there were no surprises (example: we knew we would have to manage luggage up stairs). The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. Laurent has a guide book ready to help visitors. We would definitely stay again!

All was well with the apartment, great location. Two bedroom two bath apartment was our priority and it was very nice. We enjoyed the stay, check in an out was a smooth process. Laurent helped with the early arrival for us which we appreciated. Location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of places to visit and also close to metro. Would love to come back.

Perfect location for sightseeing/eating, be aware lots of stairs!
Safe and secure building with coded entrance. Very peaceful, very little street noise to bother you. Perfect location with supermarkets, lots of cafes, and restaurants nearby. Metro stations and bus stops very close by in easy walking distance, and close enough to walk (if you're fit and able) to the Louvre area. Lovely apartment, a little tight if there were 6 of you staying I think, but a great base for exploring and a comfortable and bright place to relax at the end of the day. Comfy bed, very clean throughout, with almost everything you need in the kitchen. Altho no oven, just hob and microwave. Lots of choice nearby for eating so no real need for using the kitchen too much anyway! Only downside was the number of stairs being on the 3rd floor, but we planned round only going down in the morning and back up at the end of the day. And if you're fit and able wouldn’t be an issue, good exercise! After all the steps in and out of the metros and sightseeing, it got tougher by the end of the week we spent there!! Laurent and Jim, who we dealt with, were both available and helpful, and checking in and out went smoothly.

Great apartment between two metro stops and walking distance to many locations we wanted to visit; this made it very easy to get around. We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 nights. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Laurent was a wonderful host and was always available to communicate. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of cafes and shops. There are 2 Metro lines very close to the apartment and you can be just about anywhere in 20-30 minutes. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful apartment!
We stayed for a week with our 17 and 20 year old sons. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything that we could need. Groceries, tons of restaurants and shops just steps away. We enjoyed that it was outside of the touristy areas, but close enough to walk to most central sites that we visited. We would definitely highly recommend!

Great apartment in great location
The apartment is located within 2 metro shops, a great pedestrian street with all the food choices and cafes you could imagine, and some of Paris’ most charming neighborhoods. What I loved most about the apartment and the neighborhood was that it took you out of all the tourist hotspots. It was nice to get back to an area where actual Parisians lived and socialized verses the Champs Elysee, Opera etc which was very touristy. The apartment was perfect. Showers, bathrooms and kitchen as described.We had a mix of eating in and going out while we were there. The food shops along the pedestrian street are amazing so we wanted to pick up a few things and eat in. We are foodies so it was amazing to see all the options. On a separate note if you want to eat out at any of the amazing restaurants you need to reserve ahead of time. Even the smallest of local restaurants accepted reservations and it was nice not to have to wait. Overall amazing time here. If you want to live like a Parisian than look nowhere else.

Great Parisian apartment for family of 6
This property fit expectations provided by the owner and previous comments exactly. We stayed with a family of 6 for a week. The owner was very responsive to a few simple questions I had and he checked in the day before arrival, the day of arrival and the day before departure. The apartment was very clean and prepared for our arrival. The building and street are very quiet at night. Just turning the corner off the apartment's street (1 minute walk) lands you right in the middle of the Rue Montorguiel which has dozens of lively cafes and restaurants and great foodie shopping: fantastic patisseries, fruiteries, fromageries, butchers, seafood vendors, and even a Starbucks. You can reach two different metro lines within a 4 minute walk. There are also pharmacies and at least 3 supermarkets within a 3 minute walk so very easily accessible. The owner has a nice home-made guide with advice of great local spots to try for brunch, coffee, favorite local dining spots, etc. We tried a few and they were great. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the photos with all amenities as described, Wifi worked well, TV had lots of channels including BBC and CNN. We found the beds, linens, blankets comfortable for all of us (previous posts had mentioned subpar linens I think but no problem now). Overall we thank the owner for a nice week.
