Horrible Experience
Impossible to get a hold of the property manager to receive information or discuss issues with the accommodation. The elevator was broken on our floor (buzzing 24hrs), and there was no notification of when it was to be fixed. We had to haul 6 suitcases up 5 flights of stairs, while members of our party were not able to come and go based on accessibility issues. No one would address our complaints or assist us in discussing how to remedy the situation. The unit itself is smaller than it appears, did not come with a clean extra sheet for pull out couch and was missing several elements to the advertised amenities (coffee, etc.). We ended up having to contact VRBO to find alternate accomodation when we did not hear back from the SweetInn team; still awaiting refund.
