Summary:
Endless mountain adventures await with this charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome that will comfortably fit up to 6 guests. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a fun day out on the slopes, your family or friends will appreciate the privacy and tranquil space of this home. Park City Historic downtown and Deer Valley Resort await with unlimited skiing, outdoor experiences, and entertainment options all within minutes of this townhome -- a perfect gateway to all things in Park City!

The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful and tranquil space with this lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome during your time in Park City.

The main floor features a charming family room, where you can cozy up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor wood fireplace. Relax and unwind on the comfortable queen-sized pullout sofa and armchair seating while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV.

The chef in your family will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for the rest of your group. Exchange stories of your fun-filled day in Park City with your family, as you enjoy a lovely feast in the dining area. Head outside to the private outdoor patio, where you can melt your stress away, as you soak in the hot tub while taking in the fresh mountain air.

For a night of peaceful rest, head upstairs where you will see both bedrooms, each designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The first bedroom boasts a lovely queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom, and a private outdoor balcony, where you can watch the stars twinkle at night. The second bedroom features a huge king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. Every bathroom in the home's upper level features a jetted spa tub/shower combo -- a place to soak your tired muscles and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the main floor of the house, next to the garage. A half bathroom is available, next to the laundry room for guests during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 1 parking space in the garage. Please do not block entry to the adjacent townhome.
Please note that the garage is small; large/tall (i.e. SUV/minivans etc.) cars may not fit inside the garage. One space is available inside the garage, and first come first serve parking spaces around the complex. There is no parking outside of the garage door. Garage can accommodate small vehicles only.

The Neighborhood:
This townhome is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. With Deer Valley Resort base within half a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute free bus ride with Wildflower stop on the green and yellow route just a few steps away from this lovely townhome. Deer Valley Resort, located within half a mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to some of the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

The garage can NOT accommodate a full-size SUV. The garage entry is 6' tall, 8' wide, 16' deep. It can accommodate small vehicles only. There is one space available inside the garage, and first come, first served parking spaces around the complex. There is no parking outside of the garage door.

Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the hot tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the hot tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the hot tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Nicer than I expected!
Unit #2 was nicer than I expected! My kids loved it especially the hot tub. It's in a great location. Only complaint is one tub didn't plug so I couldn't try the jet tub. Then the other jet tub didn't work. The jet tubs weren't in the listing so it was an unexpected surprise that was crushed when they didn't work. Once those are fixed we'd love to come back. Everything else was great!!!

This rental is very nicely put together, however it is the most uncomfortable placed we have every stayed. The bed feels like a boulder with sandpaper sheets. The dishes in the kitchen weren’t 100% clean upon our arrival, as many of the forks still had remnants of food on them! In closing, the interior looks just like the pictures and it is conveniently located to Main St. But if you are hoping for comfort and cleanliness this isn’t the best choice for you.

Cozy and Comfortable
This was a perfect base spot for our Girls Trip this year. The townhouse is tucked away in a quiet little community, and we enjoyed walking the little pathway around the ponds that are just out front. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals there, and the hot tub was a nice touch.

Very nice unit size and layout. The maintenance person was very helpful with getting TV operating. The directions in the unit were incorrect. Two significant deficiencies: dryer took over 1 hour to do normal loan of clothes and then not completely dry. We did not ski. Fireplace was a joke. 2 logs and some starter blocks that did not light the logs. We tried it one night and gave up. disappointing as fireplace in always fun.

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant 2 BR, 2 1/2 BA unit. The entrance is from the garage into more or less the rear of the unit, just two steps from the dining table. The hot tub is in the rear, through a set of sliding glass doors on the back patio. There is plenty of room for 6 people to dine at the table. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishes and cook ware. The dishes are a little dated (1980's), but again more than adequate. The living room is on toward the front of the unit. There is a nice TV and fireplace. The fireplace has a tiny amount of wood to get started but you must purchase wood from a local store. This is cumbersome if you do not have a car and expensive. The only control for the heat is on the first floor near the back door. This make for a cool second floor. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one to the right (rear of the unit) and one to the left (front of the unit). The one to the front is also toward the street, which is right out the front door. We found the lights and noise from the passing vehicles a little annoying. This bedroom also has an unusual round window (see the pictures,it is the one over the front door), which does not have any covering or curtain. This of course allows light in from the passing cars, the the lights from the decorated trees at the condo units across the street. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Overall, I would say that the unit is nice, (especially the private hot tub), clean, and had more than ample size for our time there. Negatives included the temperature discrepancy between the two floors due to the location of the thermostat, the fact that it has not been updated and seems dated, the the light and noise issue in the front bedroom. Also, although you could certainly walk to the Snowpark lodge, it is a very long walk. We drove each day since the shuttle did not pick up at times that suited our time frame, the the sidewalks were flooded at the time we were there. (Feb '19)

Really wonderful condo minutes from Snow Park Lodge in Deer Valley
Great place with two large bedrooms and a sleeper sofa downstairs. Very well maintained. Garage parking. Less than 1 minute drive to Deer Valley base. If you’re coming to Deer Valley, I highly recommend this condo.

Great location for Deer Valley and Park City. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was an extra plus. Only negative which was not a big deal for us, was that you couldn’t use both showers at same time. Plenty of hot water, we never ran out but one shower would pull from the other. I would stay here again.

Condo was nice with two master suites, full kitchen, board games to play, hot tub, and Peet’s coffee! The rental price was great. Only negatives were stained carpets and needed to provide fans for upstairs hot nights.

Great condo, clean, and easy access to all experiences in Park City!
Property was very close to Deer Valley, walking distance, and right across he street from city bus stop. Our condo was clean, very roomy, and super convenient to all our adventures we had in Park City! Kitchen was well stocked, even had a crock pot! The only drawback was the sheets on the beds were very rough. Clean, but stiff and almost painful to sleep under. I washed them after the first night and they improved a bit. Small thing to complain about, but really our only complaint!
