Walk to the lifts at Snow Park Lodge from this charming 3BR + loft townhouse, or summon the shuttle to pick you up. After a fun-filled day on the slopes, curl up by the wood-burning fireplace amidst cabin-like decor and luxe furnishings. Take a dip in the year-round community hot tub, or kick back at home on your lakeside balcony and patio!

LIVING AREA

Make some hot cocoa and curl up by the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. A sofa and three armchairs provide plenty of space to relax. Unwind and watch a new movie on the 65” cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the wooden table for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This tri-level townhome sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a loft.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 36” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and cable TV. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds a twin daybed and cable TV. An adjacent third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third-floor loft features a full-size bed and cable TV.

Parking for two cars is available between the driveway and one garage space; additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis throughout the complex. (During the winter season, parking in the driveway may not be feasible due to the snow drift.)

It’s an 18-minute walk to Main Street, lined with numerous shopping and dining options, as well as an abundance of local galleries. More restaurants and convenient amenities are within a 6-minute drive, off Kearns Boulevard.

Thrill seekers will want to ride the Park City Alpine Slide, a 9-minute drive from home.

Wonderful location. The lakes and wetlands are beautiful. Short walk to the concert at Deer Valley. The condo is a little old but well equipped. Adequate beds and bathrooms. The unit was clean and neat.

BEWARE- Vacasa Deer Valley/Park City is TERRIBLE
BEWARE- Vacasa Deer Valley/Park City is TERRIBLE I have never written a bad VRBO review until this one. Overall, the unit was below average, but what really made it terrible was Vacasa's inability to communicate or fix issues. So much went wrong, and they have still not reached out after I have contacted them numerous times. Learn from my mistake - avoid this unit and run away from anything managed by Vacasa. THE BAD: 1. READ THE VACASA REVIEWS: Utah Vacation Rentals by Vacasa = 2 STARS | Park City Vacations and Ski Condos by Vacasa 3.5 STARS. I did not read these before booking and I wish I did! 2. No Hot Water: Hot water heater went out multiple times during our stay and they never came to fix it. They have a 10+ year unit that does not look like it has been serviced since 2017. Instead of having someone come out, they asked me to try and get the pilot back on multiple times but it would simply fail within 1-2 hours. By the time we left, we did not have hot water for 24+ hours. 3. Incorrect Shuttle Instructions: The Deer Valley shuttle is a huge + for this condo. They have instructions downstairs telling you to call one number, and they also have a different number for you to call on the Vacasa app. One is a dead line and the other is the wrong number! I tried to get help via the Vacasa chat and they replied "not our service, can't help". 4. Dangerous Flooring: Transition between kitchen and living room had loose screws - it had likely been that way for

My stay at Lakeside
The biggest issue was the bathrooms. The upstairs and the downstairs bathroom didn’t flush and the bedroom’s downstairs were freezing cold! The upstairs bed mattress is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. Also all of the family photos made us uncomfortable. They should put them away so guests can have a more personal experience. Also the glasses were not all the way clean

Great Deer Valley Location
Nice boardwalk and the lake for easy outdoor access, and water activity rental place right next door. Walkable distance to the Deer Valley Music Festival venue. Shared community pool was near by and clean.

NOT worth the wait.
Three issues critical to a VRBO vacay: 1) Ease of entry: This was a nightmare. We had repeatedly communicated to the property manager that we needed to get in the property early in the day, as we arrived in SLC at 8:00am, and hadn't planned on renting a car (see #3). However, when on the day prior to our arrival, we were told that the owners would not allow us early check-in, we had no choice to rent a car when we arrived (last minute, SUV necessary, spring break, cha-ching$$). This was especially annoying when we later found the itinery of guests the week prior which they had left pinned to the fridge stating that they had early check-in at noon. 2) The condo was old and not clean. The towels had been folded and put away (under the bathroom sinks) DAMP and had to be re-washed...the entire condo smelled like bacon...the dishwasher looked new-ish but every single dish we went to use needed re-washing....the carpet, bedding, furniture were outdated and/or worn...and the supplies were limited (paper good, soaps, cleaners, detergents). I ended up having to buy everything, including candals. 3) The location was awesome, with a shuttle coming by every 15 minutes taking us directly to the base of Deer Valley. While I can't say enough about Deer Valley, I will VERY CAREFULLY choose our next VRBO, as this one was a bad experience.

Awesome stay
Loved the condo. Convenient location with bus stop right outside front door. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed playing games around the fire at night and the views are gorgeous from the kitchen and den. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Nice place with good room
We had a good stay and liked the condo. The condo was good sized and each of our three girls had their own room. It was well appointed and others had left little things like olive oil and spices which was nice. The only slight negative, I thought the cleaning group could have done a better job. They left dishes in the dishwasher and rags in the dryer. While the pilot light was off when we got there, the owners were quick to show us how to relight it. I would recommend this condo to others.

Convenience in Deer Valley
This Townhome was a wonderful location in Deer Valley. The close proximity to the base of Deer Valley and the shuttle bus made the trip so easy. The management was very friendly and responded promptly. Even though check out was early, we were able to use the showers/ changing room at the Pool, park our car there, use the shuttle and ski our departure day. The home was very comfortable for 2 families. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Deer Valley.

Great long weekend of skiing!
The condo worked out great for our 2 families on our first ski trip with the kids (ages 6, 6 and 3). House was stocked more than adequate and was nice and clean. The fireplace was fantastic! The simple gas ignition and wood burning unit kept us nice and warm as we watched the Olympics after our long days on the slopes. No complaints, would absolutely consider this property again on our next trip to Park City.
