Fall in love with MIDCENTURY MANOR, located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles in this fully restored Midcentury home!  Enjoy the vintage and modern conveniences together: 2 Bedrooms 1.5 Baths, Sleeps 4. This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries.  Gourmet kitchen and amazing outdoor living with multiple patio areas & spa. This is truly a special home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.

Living Space:

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space. The living room has leather couch & loveseat and features a 75" Smart TV.

The kitchen would please a professional chef.  It is Fully-stocked with a 48" 6 burner Italian Smeg range and stainless appliances, small appliances include microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, crock pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.

Both bedrooms feature King size beds and 60" smart TVs. 

The full bathroom includes a custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies.  The half bath has sink, toilet, and doubles as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space features a walk out covered patio with spa, seating area and fire pit.  Also in the fully fenced and private back yard is a additional covered patio with seating and dining space. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.  The garden abounds with fruit trees and herbs for cooking to add to your special recipes.

Cute and immaculate home. Thoughtful touches with Nespresso or Keurig options with pods and half and half! Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on those cold nights and cool mornings. Easy walk to town for dinner. Super comfy beds. Perfect place to stay!

The property is close to town and central to the wineries and very well maintained. Had everything you needed. We cooked breakfast and dinner while we were there. Great water pressure in the shower. We prefer a softer bed, but other than that I would highly recommend.

This is an excellent choice for your Paso getaway. Often in situations where the property is not a home, but a rental, you "feel" it. This in not the case. This space is decorated well, comfortable, yet classy. Top of the line appliances in a well stocked kitchen. Abundant, high quality linens, comfortable mattress and plenty of shampoo, soap, we wanted for nothing. The home is spacious, modern, and uncluttered. Gorgeous backyard with a hot tub and fully netted seating area. Close to down town. The owners are low key and unintrusive. Everything was straight forward, simple and awesome.

Fantastic downtown Paso property, walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. Easy access to 46 and the 101. The house itself is immaculate—clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were uber-comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever want…and more. The hot tub and fire pit were great on those cool Paso evenings. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!
We stayed for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal for walking to downtown and visiting the Adelaida district wineries. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Communicating with Leila was a pleasure. Definitely on my list for another visit!

We spent the night in Paso Robles to enjoy a concert at Vina Robles. We live on the Central Coast, and did not want to drive home after a concert and wine. With a We found this lovely property and decided it was the perfect location for the evening. From check-in to check out our stay was exceptional. It's a lovely home, but I wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely book again and spend more time in Paso Robles

Great property!
The rehab on this property is superior and retro-fitted in 1950's style. The owner's have remained "true" to the original design - including the original hardwood floors. In addition, and of equal importance, is the attention to detail (the "little things") - fully stocked kitchen appliances & utensils, bathroom supplies, etc. Finally, the shower was great - nice & large with plenty of hot water. And - the location - close proximity to what we started referring to as "town square" - with all the retail & restaurant business. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

My friends and I enjoyed our time at this rental and thought the property was well-kept and just amazing overall. The kitchen was well stocked, the barbecue worked well, location was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was nice and hot. The rooms each had comfortable bedding and it was key to have the second half bath for our group of four women. We all highly recommend the home. The only issue we had was that I had unfortunately left my phone in the property after the home was locked (electronic lock no keys). I had difficulty accessing the entrance code information on Vrbo from another phone with the dual verification process. When I was finally able to reach out to the owner, they provided me with an incorrect code for the property. Unfortunately, we were stuck standing outside calling Vrbo at 11:30pm to get the accurate entrance code. It took about 30 minutes to resolve and get into the home. Thankfully the home is in a safe neighborhood. The screw up was on my end, but not receiving the correct code and being locked out late at night after we thought the problem was resolved was not great.

Girls Trip
The house was so cute & perfectly stocked with all the amenities for us to enjoy a girls weekend wine tasting. It was convenient for our wine tour pick up since we were inside of the city limits & then we were walking distance to the downtown area for dinner & drinks to end the evening.
