Whether you're visiting to play on the water or check out the local wineries, this three-story, four-bedroom getaway is a terrific option for creating everlasting family memories. Step through the front door and make your way to the rear of the home where you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a serene living area that looks out over Keuka Lake.

Downstairs, enjoy the amazing, open family room/game room complete with a kitchenette, comfortable seating area, foosball table, electronic dart board, stand-up arcade game, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

Outside, grill up a few family favorites on the furnished deck or walk down to the water where you can set off in one of the provided kayaks, cast a line from the dock, or meet up around the firepit as the stars come out. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly escape!

Super nice property that was completely setup with everything required to have a great time. All doors could use lubricating, had to sweep down cobwebs around hot tub, both minor issues for an excellent location.

Overall great time! We will be back for sure! Loved swimming and fishing off the dock(needed a few minor repairs), basement was a hit for the kids. Back deck was a favorite hang out, especially at night and early morning lake views. Fishing was good beautiful views of lake. Nice fire pit down at the lake shore.

Great weekend by the lake
House was perfect for our long weekend of wine tastings, relaxing in the hot tub and dinner cooked by a private chef. The view of keuka lake was gorgeous despite the rainy weather.

We faced multiple problems with the property at check-in. We attempted to contact Vacasa (the property manager) and was sent to a switch board stating they would let the local property manager, who never called us back as promised for our problem. We were also told a maintaince man would be sent to the property by the switchboard but, the maintenance man called us back hours after check-in and stated he would not be coming to the property and instead would request that we get a refund for the amenity charge. We were happy with this but then the day we checked out we called again in attempt to get ahold of the property manager in reguards to our refund for the amenity charge. We were STILL unable to get ahold of the property manager but the switch board stated that they put a note on our file stating they would not give a refund for the amenity because a maintenance man was sent to the property (who never actually came). I asked the switch board if there was a number we could get ahold of the property manager, since we hadnt heard from the property manager at all in the the three days we attempted to get ahold of them, and they stated no. We ended up not having the amenities we wanted for our stay, and wasting alot of time and headache being on hold attempting to get ahold of the property manager thay we never ended up hearing back from, along with our problem not being resolved. In short, the property was not what it was promised to be and much more headache than it was worth

Beautiful Finger Lakes Home
The house is amazing! Right on the water and very clean. Just enough wineries within a close distance. Five minutes from gas station, pizza place, and adorable restaurants. We really can't say enough about our stay. The owners keep everything in fantastic shape. You won't be disappointed!

Autumn stay on Keuka Lake
The property is roomy and offers many amenities. The location is perfect. Right on the lake and close to town. Not noisy from road travel. The issues that we experienced were: spotty internet connectivity. If you need to connect for work while on vacation this may be challenging. Also, the tv's did not connect for viewing. We worked around these issues, but they were issues. In the future if these are addressed, the property would be 5 stars in every category.

Bee… utiful views
Property fantastic fit for family. However it was Infested with bees on lower level making that space unusable for 2 days to sleep or enjoy game room. Grandchildren bitten… safety hazard and response took 2 days. The manager stated it was an ongoing problem. I have photos which I would like to share with owner. It certainly was a disappointment!

Family Vacation Spot
We had a great time on our vacation on kueka lake. The house was nice. Pros: Lots of room for our group. Right on a beautiful spot on the north end of the lake. Having a dock was wonderful. The heated floor in the basement bathroom was nice touch. The basement gameroom with the dart board and arcade games was awesome. 2 refrigerators! We used the basement wine refrigerator for the wine we bought at the nearby wineries. Cons: The wifi was very spotty. Many times we were unable to find a signal and we continued to need to sign back in throughout the day. Best signal seemed to be in the basement. Unfortunately, there were bees in the basement that impacted our use of the space. We called about the bees on our first day and someone came out promptly. Told us what they thought the problem was. May have added spray caulk outside. And left us with bee spray. We sent an additional text and phone call next day when the problem persisted but did not hear back. Looks like there was a nest or an opening in the basement utility closet. We killed and vacuumed up at least 200 bees! Overall, good stay. Would stay again if we knew the bee problem was fixed.

Our family loved staying at this property. The views were gorgeous. Lots of things to do close by to keep everyone happy. House was just as pictured, but better in person. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great time in Penn Yan
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Everything was as lovely as the photos and very spacious. The main living areas and bedrooms are on one floor, so I think would be good for anyone with mobility difficulties. It was cold during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio, but spent many glorious meals gazing out onto the lake from the beautiful picture windows. My kids loved the arcade downstairs and the comfy easy chair for reading. The kitchen had all the necessities, but could use a few additional items. The only downside was before the trip I couldn't figure out how to communicate with the property owners/managers. Whether to do so through VRBO or the Vacasa platform. In the end it was fine, and we got the access code the day before on time. We did have a possible issue with the diswasher leaking, and I got a pretty prompt response when I texted Vacasa. Overall we had a wonderful time, and I'm hoping we can return to this house sometime for a reunion with family.

Extended weekend getaway
Beautiful home with a great view of lake from living room as well as the deck. Watching the sun set was simply beautiful. Great game room with plenty of games for entertainment for all. So many great wineries to visit on Keuka lake. We visited a quaint little town with a town center that reminded me of the show Gilmore Girls. Would like to try and go back during the fall season. Would definitely recommend this home for any family or group to gather and enjoy each other’s company.

Beautiful lakeside property!
We had a wonderful stay in Penn Yan at the house by the lake. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable! The bed and bedding was very cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the family room downstairs was really fun. We were a little disappointed that the fireplace did not work. It was probably something little, because the pilot light was on, but the fireplace would not turn on. The other thing was, they didn’t have cable. Just smart tvs, which were great for streaming, just no local tv. We enjoyed everything else, and the area was great. We texted the company and they replied right away regarding the fireplace and also trouble with the TV. The one night it snowed, and for some reason the TV in the basement would not work. All the bedrooms had TV’s and ceiling fans. The bathrooms were very nice too. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go there again. I’m sure it would be fabulous in the summer!!

We Loved This House!
We loved staying here! The house was larger than it looked in the photos and it was very well stocked and supplied. Some highlights were the heated tile floors and adjustable beds. The house is located very close to Penn Yan and an easy drive to nearby wineries. The views of the lake from the upstairs living room, dining room and kitchen are excellent. It was an easy walk down the flagstone path to the lake. Having a second kitchen in the downstairs Rec Room was so convenient when watching TV there. Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to return in warmer weather!

Wonderful stay on Crooked Lake
My wife and I had a perfect stay at Keuka Vista—the location was great, with beautiful views of the lake and the convenience of Penn Yan facilities only minutes away. The cottage was clean, in great condition, and had everything you could want for a stay. We felt guilty that there were only two of us, since it could easily accommodate at least 6 or more, but it was nice having it to ourselves. Sitting out back was peaceful except for the road noise, which you quickly tune out. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful
Keuka Vista was very nice. , roomy, great view of lake. Downstairs family room was a nice addition. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend this property and return another time.The repair man that came to fix the shower rod was courteous and helpful. The other couple that came with us enjoyed the place and felt it was comfortable for the four of us.Nice family rental. Good experience .
