Il s'agit d'un chalet privé récemment refait sur 13 acres, principalement boisé, situé au centre des vignobles, des lacs Keuka et Seneca et d'autres attractions. Des tonnes de soleil à travers les nombreuses fenêtres et portes vitrées. Tous les nouveaux lits, meubles, bain à remous et grande télévision connectée avec Wifi. Cadre à couper le souffle. Plan d'étage ouvert avec 3 chambres de bonne taille avec lits queen et 2 salles de bain complètes modernes avec douches. 3 foyers électriques. Enveloppement énorme autour du pont avec des vues impressionnantes. Vue partielle sur le lac. 7 minutes du port de plaisance, de l'accès à la plage et de la ville la plus proche avec toutes sortes de magasins, boutiques, restaurants et stations-service - ainsi qu'une salle de cinéma. Another Great Stay at Keuka!
This is our second trip to Sunflower Cottage and the location is perfect. Near wineries, markets and the lake, this charming cottage has turned into our go-to spot for a fall getaway!!

A perfect spot on the Finger Lakes
This is an absolutely delightful place to stay. The house is well cared for and has great character. It is well equipped with what you need for your stay. The hosts are kind and responsive. It is in the perfect location to enjoy so much of what the Finger Lakes has to offer. We loved that it has a large yard and was quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was an added bonus! We would definitely plan to return here.

Keuka Wine Trip
We had a very nice stay at the vrbo. It was very cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit. We had a small interuption with the wifi, but that was resolved the next day. We liked walking through the wooded areas. Unfortunately, there were many ticks in the overly wooded areas, but we were able to deal with them to get rid of them.

Great cottage!
We had a girls weekend, doing some wine tasting on Keuka Lake. Although not on the lake, the house is close to Hammondsport and wineries. We really enjoyed staying here, lots of room for all of us, beds were comfy, and we loved the hot tub! One thing to note, if you’re planning on cooking a meal, it’s better to bring your own pots and pans. The ones in the house are small and very beat up. Only one cutting board too.

Great Stay in the Finger Lakes!
Wonderful cottage near wineries, breweries and close to Keuka and Seneca Lakes. Our host suggested great places to visit during our stay snd made the check in process easy. The cottage was clean and cozy.

Cleanliness of property -First outside impression was disappointing, uneven steps,overgrown, in need of some cosmetics and a squirrel or other rodent had been in the breaker box-Not what I expected from the 5 star reviews or a premier host.However, looking back through the photos of the property, other than the lake not being in view - they are accurate, the write up on the listing was not the most accurate but I did receive an email that there were updates made after I spoke to the property owner. The inside was spacious and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Lawn furniture in the living room was disappointing but again looking through the photos they are accurate. Check in process was easy and the property owner was communicative with me throughout the stay regarding the concerns and disappointments. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area.

Great clean relaxing properly. Lake view in title doesn't exist.
Clean, comfortable. relaxed. Hot tub was great. well kept. internet was sketchy and mostly didnt work. No lake view. more of a wooded view 1/8 mile from lake. But if you are visiting wineries its the perfect crash spot. has anout 6 dead trees on properly so could use some outdoor maintenance. unable to check in early but that is stated. inflexible but were left alone. we would def stay there again.

Nice property - read all rules
Lots of rules to follow if you are staying at this property. I would say they allow pets but not that they are pet friendly. No pets on furniture and dogs must be crated when you are not at the property with your dogs. Fees are really high for cleaning and bringing your pets. I would advise you to read everything very carefully and I did not see all the restrictions about having my dogs until after we had paid both payments for our vacation.

30th Wedding Anniversary
We enjoyed the property and loved the location! We were secluded, but we were only miles from wineries, and Penn Yan. Getting around was easy. The drive up to the rental is steep and we did walk down to the lake and then walked back up the steep hill. Calves were burning, but jumped in the hot tub and everything was great! Thank you for making our stay great!

Clean and comfortable cottage. Somewhat remote feeling, and not very convenient to Corning Museum, which was the focus of our trip - 45 minutes away. Nice outdoor setting with a hot tub. No view of the lake which we (perhaps mistakenly) thought we would have. It is less than a 1/2 mile from the lake.

Very nice property! House was exceptionally clean and very charming. Plenty of towels, glasses, etc. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Great location, very easy to get to Penn Yan, which is a nice little town with decent choices for shopping and dining. Canandaigua was also an easy drive. Hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. There is a fire bowl, and we enjoyed a fire under beautiful, starlit skies (bring chairs if you want to sit by a fire). Overall an excellent choice! Would definitely recommend it!
