This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1242 square foot condo is perfect for a relaxing vacation. This condo is located on the 11th floor of Tristan Towers with large windows and no window coverings to obstruct the beautiful view. The corner condo gives you a 430 sq foot wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pensacola Bay. You will not see a better sunset than from the west facing balcony.

The condo has comfy furniture and a dining table that will seat 4 with a smaller bar for two, perfect for two couples, families, or friends. The master suite has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with access to the balcony. This unit sleeps 4 people.

Navy Blue Angel weekend
We stayed during the Navy Blue Angels flight show week in mid-July 2024. This was a beautiful location with stunning views of the gulf, bay and looking west down the peninsula. The kitchen was great with needed pots, pans and other cooking items. The living space was comfortable and beds were awesome. The master bedroom had no curtains or blinds, so it was a 5am wakeup every morning with the sunrise. The beach was a 5min walk across the street and very clean/nice. We used the pool and pickleball courts, but the gym we were told was for residents only. It was generally quiet and the residents were friendly and helpful. As far as the Blue Angels show, we saw alot of practice from the 11th floor balcony, but the condo was quite a ways down the beach (2miles) and oriented so that we could not see show center. A short walk to the beach and we could see much better! Overall, this was our first stay at Tristan Towers and was a great experience!

Great Stay and Place - with a few suggestions
The wrap around balcony and views from 11b are amazing. Unless you absolutely need to be right on the beach, this is the best place to stay in Pensacola Beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk, or you can pack your car and park right in front of it. The property is clean! I read a few reviews complaining about it and since I'm a clean freak, I was nervous. But no issues. It's also huge! I love that the two bedrooms were separated completely. I just have a few honest suggestions/ thoughts.. There are no full length mirrors in the entire condo - one is definitely needed. Also for the cost/fees and niceness of it, I thought it was cheesey that there was a handful of leftover wire hangers. The Master Bedroom bed is HIGH. I'm 5'0 and had to climb to get on it. The bathroom has two bowl on top of the sink type sinks and again, being short, a step stool would've been very helpful. The couch and rugs need to be replaced, they are very worn. They're not awful, but again, these are cheap investments that I think would make it perfect. Also, drawers in the Master would be a nice addition. The beds are Kings and were comfortable! Dish soap and maybe some windex or wipes would've been nice. With all of that, I'd still stay again! Thank you for the delicious chocolate chip cookies at the end of our stay!

Excellent location and gorgeous views!
We can’t say enough about our stay here !! The condo was very clean and well equipped. Smart TV w cable was convenient for when it rained and we wanted to chill for a little bit. Bathrooms are great size and lots of towels. Beds are comfortable and lots of pillows. Washer and dryer are new and we used them daily. AMAZING VIEWS from all sides of this unit. Even from laying in bed ! 🙂 The balcony is accessible and runs along the entire unit. Plenty of space to move around and hang out. There was even a handwritten note and chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. We would definitely stay here again !

Spectacular views from the wraparound balcony
The view of both the Gulf and the Bay are seen through the large windows in the corner unit. Lack of window coverings did not bother us. Updated tile floors were throughout the unit and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. Mattresses on both bedrooms were like new and very comfortable. The management company, Surfside Properties, greeted us on arrival and answered several questions we had about the unit. Under the Amenities list you will see the large pool and two tennis courts. Please owners, provide a blender! Regarding the cons about the unit: the kitchen is small and dark. Because pantries don't appear in any rental we have ever had, groceries are out on the counter. There was little prep space. The unit has been taken well cared for was very clean. Persons staying in the second smaller bedrooms cannot use the closet as that belongs to the owner, but there is a large dresser for items. Master bedrooms had two large closets.

AWESOME VIEWS
Our stay was great, minus the bad weather! The place is beautiful and the views are amazing, clear views of the ocean and bayside. Only thing I would say is get with the cleaning crew, they added water to the hand soaps and it was more water than soap. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. We loved it and we will be back!

We loved our stay! Everything was immaculate, the views were amazing! Just a short walk to the beach from condo. We had a great experience with the office staff who met us at the door upon arrival. The homemade cookies were a sweet treat just before we left. We will definitely stay here again!

Sensational Views Indeed!!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here at Tristan Towers 11B, and felt it was a great overall deal compared to the many high priced rentals currently being offered in PB. The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, relatively well stocked in the kitchen, had fantastic A/C, and the wrap around balcony with the wonderful gulf and sound views was incredible & thoroughly enjoyed daily. A few suggestions I’d make for the owners would be to provide a few additional non-decorative pillows & blankets for the beds, provide a dresser for storage in the master bedroom, have at least one full length mirror somewhere in the unit, and most importantly to install some type of window coverings at least in the bedrooms. With those additions, the property would go from a B+ to an A+!!

The condo photos do not do it justice! The views are spectacular and the condo itself is spacious, modern and very clean! It was even approved by 2 teenagers who "loved the vibe". Great pool, easy beach access and even fresh cookies were delivered by the host! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed for a week at this property and absolutely loved it. Every room had a beautiful view, it was nice to wake up and see the beautiful view as son as the eyes opened. The condo was clean and well maintained, furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, the area was quiet and beautiful. The property was exactly as described. There are no window coverings but we did not think it was an issue. There is construction ongoing in the building but was on the other side, so it did not really bother us much, although there was some light noise.

Great beach getaway
This property looked too good to be true, but it was as advertised. Panoramic views of the gulf and bay on Pensacola beach. Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home. The Blue Angels flew right past our balcony. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

60th Birthday Celebration
The condo is as beautiful as described on the site. You can not beat the views. Of course, the beauty of the beach, white powder sand and the perfect weather was extraordinary. The kitchen was well stocked for our eating and cooking needs. The guest room bed could be updated as our friends said there was a dip in the middle. The bathroom lights in the master bath were a little funky with the lights turning on gradually instead of automatically but that would not keep us from renting again. Lastly, maybe it was a coincidence but two nights in a row there was police activity at the gate and in the lobby. Overall, it was an exceptional stay at Tristan Towers 11B. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

Lovely condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the balcony where we sat for coffee in the morning, drinks at cocktail time, and especially for storms. We even had 6 Blue Angels fly right by the balcony one late afternoon--a real treat!
