With four large bedrooms (7 beds), spacious Hampton's styled living areas, and a separate kids wing, this is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and excitement of Mandurah, just minutes away from the town centre, foreshore, beaches & boat ramp.

Guests have access to all areas of the house apart from the garage . The keys can be accessed via a lockbox. The lockbox and alarm code will be given to guests prior to check-in.

If you're looking for a delicious meal, the local restaurants are perfect for a relaxing breakfast, leisurely lunch, or a night out at one of the many bars, breweries, taverns and eateries in the area. Better still, stay home to have an intimate meal and enjoy a glass of wine while watching dolphins from the backyard.
Mandurah is great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing or catching some of Mandurahs famous Blue Manna crabs, you can even surf at the nearby beaches. On the Mandurah foreshore, there is a skate park and a water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water - a lot of fun for the kids!
For the golfers the region of Mandurah is considered the golf coast of Western Australia with a number of W. A's top 20 ranked courses in close proximity.

Kitchen and Living Area:
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals for your family or indulge in a gourmet experience for two. Take a moment to relax with a freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine. The living area features a large 75in smart TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the home. The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, offering canal views and stunning sunset, maybe even a pod of dolphins swimming by as you dine.

The home offers four spacious bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite, walk-in robes, and a smart TV.
Bedroom Two: Queen bed, built-in robe, and desk.
Bedroom Three: Queen bed, built-in robe and canal views.
Bedroom Four: Two bunk beds (4 single beds) and built-in robes.
Family Bathroom:
Shower, bathtub and separate powder room and toilet.
Living Area Two:
This additional living area with a lounge and 65in smart TV is perfect for the kids to hang out or for some private relaxation and time away from the family.

A large washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, also contains third toilet.

The property directly faces onto the canals open waterways and there is no barrier between the house and open water. This place may not be suitable for people with young children. For those with young children, Guests are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.
We are NDIS friendly and have this or a number of other properties that may cater for your specific needs. We can potentially access support/carers for families that may require it. Please enquire.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info We are approved by Airbnb to do so.
- - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used.
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner.
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
* We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options. Some credit cards provide free travel insurance.
