Hot Spot on Hackett in Mandurah

This terrific home has all boxes ticked: location, space and stylish comfort. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, it has 2 Queens and a twin room, and offers a holiday haven for a family or friend group to enjoy relaxation and easy exploration of Mandurah. Only 750m from Mandurah foreshore, it’s close to beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. Unwind in the outdoor entertaining space, complete with outdoor dining, BBQ, woodfire and a TV. A secure backyard is perfect for kids and pets.

Set on a corner block, this spacious family holiday home is tastefully decorated with a modern, fresh vibe. We love the on-trend monochrome decor used in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms.

The kitchen has everything in it you’d need for a holiday or longer, including all mod cons such as a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Stools at the benchtop invite social cooking. The living room is open plan with the kitchen looking out over the dining suite which seats 6, and through to the lounge with a luxury leather sofa and armchairs facing the smart TV. A DVD is available for your use. Overhead fans and reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Sliding doors open out from the kitchen/dining to the outdoor entertaining area. This is a fantastic covered patio, and includes pull down blinds so is suitable for all weathers. There is an outdoor dining suite for 8, a BBQ, outdoor fridge, a wood fire for warmth, a TV and a bar table with stools. You’ll spend lots of time enjoying this space!

Adjacent is the large backyard providing room for children, and possibly a pet, to play. There is also a serene garden area round the side with a water feature. The driveway provides space for parking or use the covered side access. Bring your boat!

The bedrooms are all nicely appointed with modern furnishings and all linen is included. The master bedroom with Queen bed has reverse cycle air-conditioning and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The second Queen bedroom and the twin with single beds both have overhead fans and share the family bathroom. This has a bathtub, shower, vanity and toilet. Both bathrooms have been renovated with tasteful monochrome tiling and fixtures. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine for your convenience. WiFi is provided and there are books and games for your use.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

The location is perfect. Although set in a quiet residential street, the home is within easy walking distance to the Mandurah foreshore with a multitude of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from. It’s an ideal setting to enjoy all that Mandurah offers.

Walk to the popular Town Beach in under 20 minutes or drive it in just 3! There are barbeque facilities, a playground, changing rooms and lots of cycle paths as well as lifeguards during the summer months.

If you bring a boat, the estuary provides a wonderful spot to explore. Enjoy crabbing, fishing and watching the local birdlife, including the local pelicans.

Local nature walks are in abundance, many along the foreshore of the estuary. Head to the Mandurah Visitor Centre and have fun discovering the Giants of Mandurah, a fun outdoor sculpture exhibition.

The local cinema and the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre are in close proximity for some evening entertainment. Mandurah Museum is also nearby for some cultural insights.

Mandurah Forum, a substantial shopping centre, provides additional opportunities for entertainment and retail therapy. For food shopping there are several choices, including an Aldi just a few blocks from the property.

Additional activities for the kids include a Mandurah Dolphin Cruise, the Pirate Ship, Inflatable World, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, Amaze Miniature Park or the aquatic centre. Mandurah Disc Golf Park might be a bit of fun. For the adults, Mandurah Country Club welcomes guests for real golf!

There’s literally something for everyone in Mandurah and Hot Spot on Hackett is in the heart of it, accessible to everything. This fabulous holiday home has got to be next on your holiday list!

DOGS & PETS
We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
