We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Bus Services: The local bus service operated by Transperth connects Wannanup to Mandurah, Falcon, and other nearby areas. The 588 and 589 bus routes run through Wannanup and provide a convenient way to reach Mandurah, where guests can access more extensive bus and train networks.

*A security deposit will be authorized separately.
Pre-Arrival Requirements:
*Complete our Pre-Arrival Form ASAP for check-in instructions.
*A signed rental agreement is required.
*Early check-in requests need at least 24 hours' notice (fees apply).
Guest Access & House Rules
*No parties, events, or excessive noise (10 pm – 7 am quiet hours).
*Groups must be pre-approved – Families preferred.
*Waterfront property – Use extreme caution with children and non-swimmers.
Parking:
*Two underground parking spaces provided.
*Public Holiday Surcharge: A 50% cleaning surcharge applies if checking out on a public holiday. This will be charged separately one week before arrival or immediately if booked within a week.
*Bedding Policy: Only bedding for your booked number of guests will be provided. Using additional bedding without approval incurs a $65 per night per item charge.
