Park Facilities are fully open during peak times. Passes to enable guests full use of the gym, indoor swimming pool, entertainment programme, family bar, and all-weather sports pitch.

(Correct prices as of Sept 2023). You can purchase the pass from the main reception area just across the road from the holiday home. There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.
