Nous sommes fiers de présenter «The Playhouse Retreat». Ceci est la maison de vacances n ° 1 à Scottsdale pour les adultes et les enfants de tous âges.

Tout est neuf à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Plus d'un million de dollars ont récemment été investis dans la rénovation de cette propriété afin de créer une pièce unique en son genre.

Vous entrerez dans la cour par un grand patio couvert où se trouvent un coin salon et une table à manger pour 12 personnes.

Le complexe aquatique est meublé avec des chaises et des sièges de qualité commerciale. Il reste beaucoup de place pour que vous et vos amis puissiez vous détendre au bord de la piscine et profiter du soleil de l’Arizona.

Il y a un grand spa pour huit personnes pour le plaisir de tous.

L’ensemble de la piscine et du spa est fermé. Si vous avez de jeunes enfants, vous n’aurez plus à vous soucier de leur errance à l’extérieur et de leur chute dans la piscine. Il est adapté aux familles et aux enfants.

En parlant des enfants, il y a quelques zones spéciales dans la cour qui sont réservées aux enfants. Il existe un tout nouveau terrain de jeu commercial. Ceci est garanti pour garder vos petits occupés à jouer pendant des heures.

À côté de la cour de récréation, il y a une ville de la sécurité des enfants. Les enfants vont adorer le splash pad. C’est un excellent moyen pour les enfants de rester au frais quand il fait chaud à l’extérieur. Parents, vous pourriez même vous retrouver à le parcourir aussi.

Worth EVERY Penny
We stayed for 5 days at this amazing property with grandpa, 3 kiddos (ages 7, 6 and 3), auntie and uncle, and us (mom and dad). Everyone enjoyed the property so very much. It's very clean, very well organized and has just about everything you need for your stay which took away a lot of that stress to set everything up. The kids enjoyed the backyard so much that it was always a fight to try to get them in the car to explore the area! But truly, you didn't even need to go anywhere. You were already at your own personal resort. I will say that you will NOT regret staying here - book it.

The property and location was excellent. The house amenities are awesome and perfect for families with kids, especially young ones. I was grateful that we didnt have to pack strollers or highchairs or kids plates and utensils. The only feedback we had was that there needs to be additional shade around the pool and splashpad.

The house has something for every age group. The outdoor area is spectacular. The grilling area could use some type of cover to shade it from the Arizona sun. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The splash pad was commercial grade. The pickleball court was another favorite. Everyone had a great time!

Wonderful family vacation
I’m always on the hunt for fun and unique places for our yearly family vacation and this home did not disappoint. It was amazing and our 3 grandchildren had the best time ever! Our days were filled with swimming, using the splash pad, putting on the green, using the playground every single day. The house was very well equipped and I appreciated that they had a second refrigerator in the garage as we cooked most meals at the house. We loved every minute of our stay and Brisa, the property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this wonderful home. The outdoor space is incredible!

This was our second time staying at the property. We had 6 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 6 to 17. They all loved the vacation, a great pool, splash pad, basketball, pickleball, shuffle board and playground and village. Kept them all busy and happy. The home is sat up perfect for all ages with plenty of room and everything you would ever want. Great host to boot!

We had a small family reunion with kids ages 5 to 10. They were busy and could be unsupervised the whole time. The property is perfect for smaller children as well and extremely well stocked. We much appreciated extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, cooking supplies, and sunscreen. Brisa was fantastic and very responsive. We would stay here every year.

Amazing home
We had a group of friends celebrating some 40th birthdays. The house was set up perfectly for young adults and young children. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub and pool were well heated and able to be used even though the weather didn't cooperate with us. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and responded back to texts right away. They also helped accommodate any requests we had. It was a beautiful property and we very much enjoyed our stay! I've already been asked to pass the info along to our other friends!

Our extended family had an amazing time at this property. We had six kids all ages 5 and under and they had a blast during our entire stay. They were very upset when it was time to go home. Highly recommended for any family with young kids.

This is a fabulous spot for a family gathering. Even better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean and has everything anyone could need. We had a little problem with the air conditioning in the casita bedroom. It was handled very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Nothing could be better!

Perfect family destination for kids!
This was by far the most unique and fun VRBO location we have ever stayed at. There was so much to do (pickle ball, shuffleboard, playground, splash pad, putting green, mini, soccer field, basketball, hoop, pool, fire pit, tiny town, etc) that we never really had to leave the property. The house was well-maintained and clean, the property manager was very responsive, and there were so many toys and activities for the kids they were never bored. We would love to return!

Fantastic Family Getaway
This house was amazing for our multi-family vacation. Two teenagers (14 and 16) loved the basketball, pool, hot tub and pickleball. Two younger kiddos (3 and 4) loved everything else. The fact that the little kids could go out in the yard and not worry about the pool or leaving the yard was fantastic. The house itself was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need - so many beach towels, so many bath towels, so many dishes - it was great. The little kid room was perfect for the little kids in our group. The extra bedroom around the back was so private. The master bedroom was huge and the master bathroom was so beautiful. I can't say enough about how great this house was for our families. Thank you for a great family vacation.
