Fabulous and cozy apartment conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished studio with king bed, private bath, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated) and hot tub. This is a hotel-conversion, phase one. There will be light construction on other side of property. **Floor 2 Unit** Newly renovated studio located in Mesa. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training , a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room has recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 2 in a King Bed. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock. The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. Didn’t appreciate receiving an email when I stepped off the plane saying I didn’t pay, when it was paid in full at booking. And then receiving no response back to a message & the phone number provided for the host went unanswered as well. You can hear everything outside. We were provided with 3 towels for 2 people when there is a pool & hot tub.

overrated
when we arrived the unit was not locked. we were told we had access to the club room at all times and we didn't. there were no smoking signs on the property but every you turned people were smoking and cigarette butter all over the property. this is not a vrbo complex, they have people renting out rooms and some of these people are pretty shady looking. we didn't have hot water 2 of the days we were there. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

This was a very nice place to stay!! Pool was very nice and hot tub was fabulous!!! We met new friends at the hot tub and pool area. The ladies who helped us were fabulous, always very friendly and accomodating!! We definitely will be back next year!!! We had a 1 bedroom efficiency room and it was very comfortable, next year we want to get a bigger room at the same place! Mark and Julie Lageveen. The VRBO person we dealt with was also great to work with and make sure we had what we needed to get to the property and get into the room!! Thank you all for our beautiful vacation!!

What a great place to stay.
Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed. We were very pleased with the location and felt very safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room was great as was the pool area. We would definitely stay here again if we come to the Phoenix area.

1 bed for 3 adults
The listing had accommodations for 4 people so we thought we would be fine with the 3 adults that I disclosed when I booked the place. There was 1 bed. No couch, cot or blow up mattress for any additional people. 3 full size adults had to sleep in the 1 bed. There was only 2 full size bath towels and no beach towels for the hot tub or pool. The firestick kept losing wifi signal so we had to restart every time we got kicked out. The name on it was “Dildo Baggins” so not sure if someone forgot to log out or that is what it is supposed to be. Every morning workers at 4:30 am were making a racket. It was clean and the pool area was nice.
