Welcome to Royal Peaks, a charming home of 3,285 sq. ft. with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Explore the grounds with its tennis/pickleball court, swimming pool and hot tub, basketball hoop, outdoor BBQ, pool table, exercise room, living & dining areas, and pool loungers. Bring your horses! The backyard even features horse stables and an open dirt lot. Mountain views await you. Citrus trees offer fruit for enjoyment in the winter months. Royal Peaks is close to the Talking Stick Casino, golf courses, Arabian Horse Show, Top Golf, and the Diamondback Spring Training stadium.

Living Space
As you enter the front door, you have a conversation room with a pool table. Moving further takes you to the gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and a second living room, so the chef has company while they cook. The dining room looks out to the covered patio, pool, and tennis court. The home has the master bedroom off the kitchen to offer privacy from the rest of the bedrooms.

House Rules
Pool or spa heat is an additional $200.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
No more than 6 vehicles allowed and they must be parked in the driveway!
One Pet Allowed ($200 non refundable fee)
Pack N Play: $40 p/item
High Chairs: $40 p/item
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.

Perfect location for a tennis team!
My tennis team stayed here while we were competing in a tournament. We had a distinct advantage over the other teams Because we had a place to warm up before we played. Many rental homes say they have a fully equipped kitchen, but they do not. We made multiple meals for 10 people and we were not lacking in any utensils pots pans, dishes, etc. We all slept very well, we did not hear any noise from the street at night. We did not run out of hot water or have any inconvenience. Paul was very accommodating and responsive. The home was beautiful and well kept. We rent homes 6 to 8 times a year, and there are a few that we would return to. This is definitely one of them.

Got screwed by Stay Poter and VRBO.
My rental got canceled AFTER i was already in AZ from CA due to an "emergency repair'". Theres no way way Stay Porter disnt know about the situation before canceling on me the day before my stay. This was so unprfessional. And then to send an email with no direct contact ny phone callabout thr cancelation! Good thing i checked my email the daybi was supposed to have acceess to the rental. After all this, i got NO help from Stay Porter OR VRBO to find another property. HORROBLE SERVICE! I WILL NEVER IS VRBO OR STAY PORTER AGAIN!!!!!!

Wonderful experience!
The house was beautiful and had so many fun things to do! The pool was amazing and the view was incredible! From basketball and tennis .. to an indoor pool table and ping pong, there was always something to do! Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space as well. Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was very nice as well as the pool. The Hot Tub was filthy but when I notified mgmt. it was immediately taken care of. There were cockroaches in the trash area & the Island...couldn't put food on the island. Also the last night we saw a rat on the patio which hid in the refrigerator and would run around the patio.

Great outdoor space and pool!
Everything would have been great for our family - especially the great outdoor space and swimming pool. However, the kitchen had many cockroaches that we noticed the first evening. When calling the management company for assistance they were not responsive in finding us another property despite having vacancies in several comparable rental properties.

Royal Peaks - Beautiful Getaway
We traveled with 4 adults & 5 kids under the age of 10, this house was perfect for this amount of people & had enough space & amenities to accomidate our group. Upon arrival property was very clean & welcoming. PROS: - We loved the location! Not to central, but easy access to everything we needed. - Property size had lots of space; we felt like we had our own oasis. The court was well equipped, some grass space, & a nice pool/hot tub area. Our kids loved having all the space to play! - Spacious & comfortable house for 2 couples & 5 kids. - House felt safe & secure. - Property mgmt. staff was helpful (we had to call a lot regarding pool issues) CONS: - Upon booking, we'd requested the pool/hot tub be heated for our stay; upon check-in we realized it was not, then I was told "I did not confirm I wanted this"... so we had to wait 24 hours for the pool to be warm enough to use. **TRIPLE CONFIRM YOU WANT THE POOL HEATED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. - Pool/hot tub management was a big pain! Not only did we have issues with the entire system not working (which they eventually got repaired on day 3 of our stay), but you cannot heat the pool & hot tub at the same time, which eventually wasnt hard to manage, but there was little instruction on HOW to actively heat the pool then switch to the hot tub to ensure both could be enjoyed in Janaury. - No extras in the kitchen; had to purchase salt/pepper, batteries, paper towel, coffee, etc.

Winter Vacation
This rental property felt like a 5 Star Resort. Family of 5 enjoyed many days in the pool, competitive games of basketball and pickleball, along with game nights under the outdoor heaters. Property had amazing mountain views, great sunrise and sunset pictures. Overall, a perfect property!

So much fun
We loved this property. The tennis courts, hot tub and pool table were a big hit. We also enjoyed golf and a day trip to Sedona. Very spacious and comfortable house for 6 adults and 3 kids. We cooked most meals there. Some of the cooking utensils were pretty worn out but plenty of nice plates silverware and glasses.

Perfect for family gathering
We have an active family and the the amenities at Royals Peaks were perfect for us. So many outside things to do swim tennis bags etc. we had 8 adults and 4 children and the house accommodated us perfectly. We were together but still had our own space. We will be back!

Great place!
The house impressed with its impeccable cleanliness, and the seamless check-in and check-out process made the stay hassle-free. However, it fell short in comfortably accommodating 12 guests. The disappointing state of the pool, being extremely dirty, and the worn-out outdoor sports equipment were noticeable downsides. In fact, we had to buy a new basketball for use.

Like living through a renovation while on vacation
The allure of the property are the outdoor amenities. The pool was completely unusable for 2 days (murky, untreated water - looks like no maintenance for a while). The Tennis court had a broken post (so no Tennis for entire stay). The property management group sent us a portable pickle ball net to use (what a joke). Misters in the back yard completely down . They were “fixed” the night before we left-but we could not turn them on. We booked for 10 days with another family and had 5 kids all together- The property management group offered us a refund for the remaining 9 nights after we discovered what shambles the back yard was in. Even in Arizona in the summer it’s not easy to find a place at the drop of a dime for such an extended stay. They could not find a comparable property .We muscled through it with hope of some compensation from the property management group (that never came). Great place but upkeep should be of concern to future VRBO guest

Awesome property
We just stayed there for 4 nights and it was perfect. Pool is very big. Backyard is awesome. House is in great shape. Only thing that was negative was that the tennis court net was pretty broken, but that didn’t bother us.

Perfect Scottsdale Getwaway
This Scottsdale gem was our ‘home’ for a week. The house is absolutely amazing. The interior is clean, modern, beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with amenities beyond expectations. Our group of 5 adults and 5 youth (ages 10 to 16) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful well appointed home. Location is perfect, central to all the main attractions in Scottsdale/Phoenix. All communication with property management was seamless and they were very responsive and friendly. I would only note that the pantry is not stocked (there is a small salt and pepper shaker). We would definitely stay here again for future trips to AZ! Thank you Royal Peaks!!

Hotel all to ourselves!
The house and property were fantastic! We were here for a baseball tournament. House was very clean and the backyard is spacious with everything the boys can want... pickleball, tennis, basketball, swimming, and cornhole. One of boys even said "The backyard was like a hotel but all to ourselves!" Highly recommend!

Loved this house. It was extremely comfortable, spacious and the perfect place to explore Scottsdale
The house was exactly has advertised. Unfortunately, it was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool and/or play a game of pickleball. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our 5 time nights in this comfortable and well appointed home.
