This home is a gorgeous and incredibly welcoming 1900 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rambler with complete backyard privacy on a quiet street. As soon as you walk in you will notice that it was fully furnished with upscale furnishings and has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a Keurig for your early morning coffee or late night beverages. Plenty of pool towels are provided, along with bath towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom. The master bedroom boasts an extra comfortable king bed. The other 3 bedrooms include 2 queen beds and a single over double bunk for the kids. There is more than enough room to comfortably spread out

Outdoors, enjoy the Arizona heat as you float in the large HEATED backyard private pool or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The backyard is complete with a propane grill, patio seating, and comfy lounge chairs by the pool.

Located minutes from State Farm Stadium, Hila River Arena and Westgate. Perfect for a family gathering or sports enthusiasts!

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.

We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay.

Great getaway for spring training!

Visited Phoenix to catch a couple of baseball games and soak up the sun by the pool. This was a great spot for our two families to hang out for the week. Kids loved the heated pool and it was nice to have some separate areas for kids to watch a movie while adults BBQ’d or talked on the patio. It’s a slightly older home so some features were more lived in, but we thought the beds were great and the amenities were great. We did a grocery pick up at the nearby Fry’s and all the adults in our group did various lengths of outdoor runs throughout the week. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and had easy access to everything. Lori was super responsive and easy to get a hold of if we had a question. The pool and backyard area were definitely a hit with our group.

Perfect for Mariner's Spring Training

Perfect location for Glendale/Peoria area. Grandson always in the pool. Beds were great and quiet neighborhood. Found a gem activity visit to the Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium in Litchfield Park. Have you ever seen a Binturong (So.Asia bearcat)? The Mariner games were fabulous...wonderful field!

Great place!

Very nice place in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Kind of far from most attractions. We originally booked a place (same management company) much closer to our venue but the owner of that property just last minute, up and decided they no longer wanted to rent out their property so we were forced to take this place which was significantly further. We had a few issues but Lori was right on top of it. The only other issue I had that was not mentioned to the management company was that the sheets and pillow cases smelled like they had been slept in multiple times and had not been washed. They smelled sweaty. Really gross. They use unscented detergent and dryer sheets so I suspect that is why. That is truly one of my biggest concerns about renting BnB’s and I just felt really dirty after sleeping in the bed. My kids mentioned it too. Other than that, the place was great and the management went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.

The interior of the property is very well-maintained. All the rooms are clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the house as ideal. We had a handful of small challenges that were not significant enough to address with the management company. However, it is clear that the pool has not been working for quite some time. This is the only thing we brought to the attention of the management company, and it was not fixed while we were there. Little things like a dirty oven that caused smoking when turned on, the broiler not working, the washing machine being unbalanced, the TV in the den not working … are all things that can easily be fixed with a little TLC. The management team when contacted was extremely responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in this awesome house. Beds are super comfortable, house extremely clean and cutely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Location was great and the pool was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great property

There were 8 of us that stayed over Christmas, ages ranging from 15-70. Communication with the property manager was great! Easy check in process! We went for a Cardinals football game and the property is pretty close to the stadium. We really enjoyed the backyard. Pool was a little chilly due to cold weather but we still enjoyed it. I didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness because the floor was a bit dirty but the property manager came up with a solution right away to have someone come and mop. We will stay here again in the future!

A fabulous home!

This house was beautiful! It was a great size house for 8 people. The beds were soft and the pool was fabulous. The house has games for inside and floaties for the pool. The pool was a little deep for small kids, but it was a good size pool. The only problem we had was we could not figure out the living room lights with the smart plug. We had to unplug them from the smart plug and go “old school!” Definitely recommend this house!

Lovely space, very relaxing

Decor is beautiful, layout is perfect for family. Didn’t realize we had to pay additional for heating the pool, we payed 4 days and really only got 2 days of heat. The neighborhood is ok, but neighbors on both sides were outside fixing cars, wasn’t a great place to walk, but overall would stay again.
