New 18,000 gallon heated pool with (optional) self-closing gate/removable mesh fence for families with young children.

This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom Scottsdale home has a high ceiling great room, nice indoor/outdoor living and an amazing location just blocks from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters. The home is situated within a few blocks to a few miles of absolutely anything you could possibly need for shopping, golf, hiking or entertaining. Dozens of restaurants are within a two minute drive. The home is located within five miles of seven major golf courses and within 10 miles of an additional five golf courses and all of the major event venues including Westworld for horse shows and Barrett Jackson. Spring training (facilities) AND upscale shopping malls (Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Paradise Valley Mall) all located within .5 miles to 10 miles!

Bedrooms do not have two beds jammed in one room to maximize capacity of the property. Instead, each room has one bed with room to breath except for one bedroom with two full beds and the kids room with two full twin beds.

In total there is 1 King bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 double full bedroom (2 beds) and a kids room with a set of 2 bunk beds each with a full size bed perfect as a fifth adult bedroom.

This property may not suitable for groups larger than14 people. Check with owner.

NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING

During the late Fall and Winter months the pool is heated. However, due to overnight temperature drops it requires a pool cover be applied during the nighttime hours in order to keep the pool 80-85 degrees. Proper pool cover application is important and widely used in Arizona because of the low overnight desert temperatures which drops the pool water temperature by several degrees. Using the pool cover overnight maintains the temperature while the heat pump runs. More information on this will be provided at the time of booking or upon inquiry while booking.

POOL SAFETY

The Pool has an optional (removable) 4 foot mesh pool fence barrier that will be in place with all parties with children. This pool barrier is in accordance with city code/pool barrier laws and serves to keep children from having unassisted access to the pool using a lockable self-closing gate. For guests who have children under the age of 10 or will have guests at the home under the age of 10 the pool barrier is required.

NOTE: This property is VERY suitable for families, small reunion gatherings, two families and couple vacations, small company retreats and friend reunions.

-Cell phone contact and optional communication via cell phone is required to stay at this home.

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No unattended children in the pool area. The guest is responsible for supervising all swimming activities. Guest assumes all liability for accidents.

- Elevated noise outside will need to stop at 9PM due to neighbors. This means music or loudness. Guests can still dwell outside after 9PM of course.

- Daily maid service (mopping, vacuum, making the beds, wash towels) may be available. Please inquire with owner to check rates

October ‘24 Week Long Stay
The property is located in a great, quiet neighborhood. The back yard with the pool, hot tub, and other amenities/games is awesome. The house is great for groups and the added bonus room with bunks and gaming set up is amazing for kids/teens. The house itself is mostly in good shape with a few things that could be updated, but overall, nothing to complain about. One thing I’d love to see is to have Shampoo/Body Wash/Conditioner in the showers, not a big deal, but we were caught off guard when there wasn’t any on site. Dealing with the owners was great. Super communicative and helpful. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would give it a 9 of 10. Thank you!

This property has an amazing kids space with double bunks, games, and video games. also, the outside space offers more games, a great heated pool, firepit, and TV. there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 9. Stores, hiking trails, museums, were easy to reach from this property. Neighborhood is very quiet with a walking trail nearby.

We planned a long weekend getaway for a group of five moms and their adult daughters. There were 10 of us, and there was plenty of room and supplies for us to stay very comfortably. Great place in a great location
Four college friends came together in Arizona for an annual get together in July. The property has all the amenities that a group of friends, families or others would want. The pictures represented the house accurately and it was appointed with everything that you need in a short term rental. Although it was very warm that week, the outdoor space provides sufficient space and activities to entertain and have fun. Really great property. Communication with the owner was quick and gave us everything that we needed ahead of time. Location near Kierliand & Scottsdale Quarter is great. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

Comfortable home with lots of outdoor fun
Just returned from a relaxing week here with our 2 teens. House was well stocked with all kinds of extras, such as aloe lotion for a sunburn, kitchen staples, and toiletries/extra towels in every bathroom. Besides the pool and hot tub, we all enjoyed badminton and the spacious yard. Had a few questions and things we missed, and Terence was very helpful and responsive every time. The walk to Kierland and other shops was a little longer than expected (20 - 25 min) though calling an Uber was easy when needed. Enjoyable week!

Lovely stay
Cozy house that comfortably fit 10 (adults, kids, baby). The kid’s room was perfect for with plenty of space, double bunk beds, games, tv, etc. Heated pool (no extra charge!) was awesome. Great location in a quiet, clean, neighborhood a short drive from shops, restaurants, etc. Host communicated easily and made sure we had everything we needed.

Ask a lot of questions before renting
Positive things about rental are: 1) location. One mile walk to Kierland 2) host will communicate with you; however, advise doing so over VRBO site. Host wanted us to communicate via text which we discontinued early on. Negative: 1) not as advertised. Kitchen isn’t stocked. Ex: had to ask host to provide kitchen towels; no saucepan; filthy dirty fry pans and strainers; no spatulas; dirty unorganized drawers; dirty refrigerator water dispenser 2) pool not heated despite trying to remedy as host instructed. Host wanted to come over to “fix” but while on vacation, we did not want that intrusion. Ask for written detailed instructions on the pool and if not heated, let VRBO know immediately. Requests you use pool cover at night which is filthy and torn and leeches blue plastic into pool Appliances in disrepair: garbage disposal didn’t work within one use; refrigerator needs new water filter ( many broken parts…needs to be replaced); dishwasher worked effectively sporadically; had to run more than one cycle to clean dishes Filthy condition: dirt on all floors; area rug multiple stains; kids room carpet dirty, inside of kitchen drawers dirty; behind doors, collection of dust and dirt Broken sitting chair, broken blinds, broken lamp shade After involving VRBO and multiple communications with host, did receive 1prorated night and cleaning fee refund. Would advise contacting VRBO immediately should you encounter what we did. We have always been able to rely on VRBO reviews but not in this case.

Great spot for a friends-gathering. Definitely need a rental car to get to shops, grocery, etc if you don’t want to Uber around. Great pool, hot tub, and yard.

Stayed at this property for 5 nights. Great set up for adults and kids. Location was perfect, very close to Kierland restaurants, Safeway, and playground. Plenty of space but still felt cozy. Lovely pool and great backyard space. Would definitely stay here again. Terence is a great host.

Great Girls Weekend
The property layout was perfect for our group of 8 women. We had plenty of beds and the perfect amount of space to hang out. There were some broken items in the house and some of the dishes were a little dirty. The pool was wonderful and the firepit was top notch. The location was a little further than we had anticipated but that is no fault of the owner, just me not mapping everything out properly. Overall an amazing way to celebrate with friends!

The house was awesome. Our family really enjoyed the backyard. Bocce ball, badminton, outdoor TV to watch games while playing pool, hot tub and fire pit. Enjoyed them all. Best VRBO experience yet!
We stayed with two families, with six kids 10 and under and the bunk room was the kids favorite! The house came with so many wonderful things and outdoor activities, the owners really thought of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the Xbox controllers wasn’t working and they bought a new one and dropped it off at our house that night! Highly recommend this property!

Great pool for young children! Location perfect!
The owner was very responsive to our needs!! He made some purchases for kitchen and folding table for the kids. The house itself worked fine but some elements were tired looking and need updating. Some of the blankets need replacing, master mattress and the kitchen needs a deep clean and organizing.
