Loved the yard
This property fit our group perfectly. It was clean. We loved the yard. Wendy was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only thing that was a minor problem for us was the location. It was just a little far from all of the things we were doing on our stay. But, the house and yard was great!

we had a great time with two couples and three kids, ranging in age between 9-13. Nice big back yard, great pool and plenty of room inside for at-home meals. The owner was awesome to work with the whole time. She gave great recommendations for food and was very responsive to any needs we had.

12 of us stayed at this property. Outdoor area is amazing. Wendy is a wonderful host. She communicates, is extremely responsive to questions and is very accommodating. Great location minutes fromShopping, entertainment and more. 25 mins to downtown Phoenix. We will be back.

Dodger Spring Training Games
Seven or eight senior guys have been going to Dodgers Spring Training games for the last seven years and this is by far the best property. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to the ballparks. It had big rooms, lots of bedroom/bathroom space, convenient kitchen, nice outside amenities, very clean and the covered pool table converted to ping-pong was a big hit. Wendy, the owner, was the best! Always available and helpful even though she was a few states away. In the past we have usually had trouble contacting the host but definitely a positive in this case. We hope to stay here in future years as there is no reason to look elsewhere.

The house was a perfect size for our family getaway. We loved it. I think there should have been some clarification on the listing about the pool being heated and such. But other than that, it was a lovely home and Wendy was pretty responsive.

People coming from cold loved the hot tub and then cold plunging in the pool. The ping pong and pool table were a big hit. It’s easy access to I10 for traveling. The host was easily accessible and very responsive. The coffee bar was also great so people could be making their drinks and out of the way of cooks.

Perfect relaxing and spacious
Wendy was great to rent from right from the start. Very informative and instantly responsive. The property was spotlessly clean, Kitchen large and accommodating. The bedrooms are spread out and all had direct bathrooms. While we were a group of 7 we never felt crowded and had our own personal space when needed. We didn’t use the pool as it was not heated - we could have opted to heat but did not. We did use the hot tub which Wendyset on our personal schedule. We spent a lot of time in the outside sitting area with the large TV watching college football AND enjoying the sun. Location was super close to shopping, restaurants and even a casino. We definitely would recommend this property for large or medium size groups.

Great spot
We found the house to be perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of room. The property was expansive and great for outside activities . The owner was extremely responsive. We enjoyed eating outside, hanging out at the hot tub, playing corn hole and watching football on the outdoor tv. The family room was roomy and the game room with table tennis and pool was great! We give this house a big thumbs up!

Cardinals Game
8 adults flew in for a weekend and a football game. Spent a lot of time in backyard on a beautiful weekend. Lots of space for us. Great communication with owner. 10-15 minute walk to Safeway was convenient to get things for the weekend. Also went to casino for an afternoon which was conveniently close. Beautiful home!

Highly recommend!
This property exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a multi-generational family… grandparents in their mid 70s, the next generation in the late 40s, then the grandchildren from ages 23 down to nine years old. There was so much to do for everyone…hot tub, outdoor games, billiard table. Not a dull moment! Everyone had an amazing time. The house was a nice size, and had many good spaces to spread out and enjoy, indoor and out. The property was incredibly well-equipped. There were some spices to help with cooking, nice pans, all newer/nice appliances. Plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding. Absolutely everything we needed. Additionally, the host was a delight. Very responsive and it was obvious she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would book here again without hesitation.

This is a beautiful property. We have 11 people stay here and we didn't feel crowded at all. I found Wendy, the owner, to be very helpful and responded very fast. One of the bunk beds needed fixed and she got a solution to it right away. I know some people don't like texting to turn on the hot tub, but I didn't find it to be an issue. She always got the tub turned on within minutes and always told me if she was going to be unreachable at a certain point. The backyard with the pool if very large and had plenty of space to do outdoor activities.

Didn’t Disappoint the Double Dutch group
The property is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There were 11 ladies who shared the space to attend a Double Dutch meet up. The space was perfect for us. There was a mix up with the number of beds and we had to double up but the host was responsive and helpful. The backyard is large enough for photo shoots and TikTok videos.

Property was clean and exactly as described. We had fun in the pool and playing billiards and bocce. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Wendy was a very gracious and helpful host. We had 8 individuals (no couples) and there was just enough room for all of us. The canal trail was a short run from the property. Thank you Wendy for a great stay.
