• 1st Bedroom: double bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds, with a queen-size air mattress stored under the 1st bed & a dog bed stored beneath the 2nd bed
• Living Area: sofas, 55" HDTV with Roku guest mode, toys, books, games & device charging ports
• Kitchen: fully equipped. Extras - breakfast bar, dining table, waffle-making station, blender, cooking essentials, Bialetti, Nespresso machine, Chemex, Drip coffee maker, fresh coffee, frother & grinder
• Bathroom: shower-in-bath combo, hairdryer & toiletries
• Outdoor Area: covered/furnished upper & lower decks with gas and charcoal grills, as well as a firepit in the garden area

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• To provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization charge of $38 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out
• Bring up to 2 pets for an extra fee of $100/pet/stay. Dogs must be well-behaved and crated when left alone
• Late check-out is available until 12:00 pm for a $50 fee
• The stairs are really steep and may be unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility
• Be cautious when entering or exiting the unit as the driveway and gate entrance are narrow
• Please note that there are two outdoor security cameras facing the driveway for security purposes
