Enjoy complete privacy as you and your party are the only occupants during your stay.
High Cotton is a southern delight, as inviting and comfortable as its name suggests. This three bedroom, 2.5 bath home can accommodate up to six guests. Sitting pretty in Village Acres, the home is only 2 miles from Pinehurst Village and 3 miles from famed Pinehurst golf course #2. Conveniently located near the traffic circle with easy access to 15/501, NC-2, and Hwy 211, you'll not be far from all there is to do in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen.

The spacious living room has a lovely electric fireplace and a 65-inch TV equipped with Spectrum cable (YES! We have The Golf Channel and ESPN!) You and your group will have plenty of space to stretch out on the large reclining sofa, loveseat, and traditional recliner. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and is fully equipped with cookware, serving ware, and utensils. Cozy up to the granite breakfast bar or gather around the custom dining room table for a meal with your friends and family. Take advantage of Pinehurst's beautiful weather and grill outback on the gas grill and dine outdoors. If you prefer someone else do the cooking, there are many wonderful restaurants to choose from, all within a short drive.

Retreat to High Cotton after a day enjoying all that Pinehurst and our surrounding communities have to offer and indulge in a hot shower in the beautifully remodeled ensuite. The double vanity sink offers plenty of storage for your cosmetics and toiletries and is also equipped with soap and shampoo for your convenience. Settle into the adjustable king-size bed and winddown watching your favorite shows on the 40 inch TV. Guests staying in the dual-twin room will also enjoy a TV in their room and a tub/shower combo in the hall bath and a 24" vanity.

Oh, and DON"T bother with rolled coins for the laundry! A full-size front-load washer and dryer are provided in the home for your convenience.

Very clean, well-appointed and beautiful property had everything we needed for our long weekend visit. Host was a good communicator and made us feel welcome. The property was located inside a very nice neighborhood that was close to good restaurants and shopping. Strongly recommended.

A place to recover
I had a knee replacement and needed to be close to my surgeon in Pinehurst. This house was perfect in everyday, especially cleanliness. We stayed for 10 days and I was able to recuperated, get to my physical therapy and my doctor with ease. There were plenty of towels and blankets and everything was very fresh and new. Thank you to our owner...She was the best!

This VRBO is simply one of the BEST VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The aesthetic is so inviting and comfortable. The beds slept comfortably and the linens provided were incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. When I make a return trip to the area; I hope to stay here again. I can't begin to describe how helpful and attentive Kim was (even answering my call when she was traveling herself). This was simply an incredible experience.

This house was the perfect place! Due to last minute issues with another property, we scrambled to find a place the day before we were to travel and found this gem. Very impressed with the entire experience renting this property from Kim! She was very quick to respond to any questions, provided arrival information in a timely manner and property was clean, comfortable and better than expected. I would definitely rent this property again and would look to stay at this very convenient location only 1.5 miles from center of the village. This trip was for my niece’s wedding and being able to have a full house to stay in with all the amenities made getting ready and getting to the wedding much less stressful. Thank you for a great stay and highly recommend!!

Place was clean, has one issue with the coffee pot and it was resolved within hours! Close to all the Pinehurst Golf courses. Near all the restaurants and The Village. Would definitely rent this home again!

Great stay and super communicative
I would definitely recommend High Cotton! We had a great week-long stay during the US Kids Golf Tournament at the end of July/beginning of August. The house is just as described - 3 beds, 2.5 baths with open concept - great for young families like us. Kim was very responsive over text and Roy even came over the night of check-in to help with the TV. The neighborhood was great and convenient to everything in Pinehurst/Southern Pines. Unfortunately, the power did go out during some bad storms on the last night of our stay. My only suggestion is to get a flashlight.

This house is very clean. It has everything you need except Kleenex. From the photos we were expecting a home that was easier to manage for a person in a wheelchair. The driveway is very slopped so it was difficult to maneuver with the wheelchair. The bedrooms are very very small rooms, no room to put your suitcase in the one room and the bathroom in the master was way too small. The pictures make it look way bigger. It a nice house. If you are not handicapped you will love it. If you have mobility issues, don’t rent this house.

Birthday Celebration
I came with my daughters and a daughter in law to celebrate one of my daughter’s 50th birthday! 🎈The house is clean and lovely and in a very good location. It was near the Spa at Pinehurst which was one of our destinations! The host answered immediately when I texted her! Just a great experienc!
