Great Rental for a family
This property is as advertised: Very Clean and spacious. 4 bedrooms, and 1 has a bunk bed for kids, it was perfect. Owner was easy to contact and check in, wi-fi and 4 TV's wwe great! Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend
Our family, adult children/partners, came to Pittsburgh for a wedding. The townhome was very close to our venue (Carnegie Art museum), had clean, oversized rooms. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was clean, large and well stocked. Great couch for lounging on and watching football games the next day. We parked one car in the driveway and easily found other street parking. The downstairs room is definitely chilly, but the space heater is a great solution. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Terrific rental in Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill neighborhood
This was the perfect VRBO / Evolve rental for Thanksgiving weekend with my in-laws in Squirrel Hill. Great location, wonderful property, easy instructions for access and checkout. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are a bit steep for my elderly monther-in-law, but no problem because the property has a bedroom & bath on the ground floor.

Excellent rental
Perfect location with CVS right around the corner and Giant Eagle close by. Plenty of street parking. First floor bedroom has it's own bathroom (shower was a bit weird being so small). Small bathroom for visitors behind the front door was a bonus. Second floor bathroom is newly renovated (beautiful). Fully stocked with everything you need. Very spacious. Love the Keurig coffee maker.

High School Reunion trip
This place was perfect…for all of our needs perfectly. Location was amazing…near the location of our HS reunion and the house I grew up in…plus the Squirrel Hill business district. An 11 out of 10!!!!

The property was as photographed. The bathrooms and kitchen appeared to be recently remodeled. Fluffy towels! Nice bedding. All very clean inside. We had 8 adults (all over 65) so the top bunk bed was a bit challenging but it was very sturdy and not a safety issue for us. There is no access to the backyard or basement (as noted in the description) so be aware that there is no second exit. The host was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

The first floor bedroom has a queen bed that we considered too creeky that necessitated moving to a different bedroom and have only one person sleep in the middle of the bed on the ground floor. In the upstairs bedroom with the king bed, there is a sizeable bulge in the ceiling that the owner may want to address.

This home was a nice place for my family and parents to stay while we were in town visiting my brother’s family. The communication with the owner group was straightforward and the unit was clean. Location is very convenient and no issues with parking.

Nice location, poor value
Our family had an enjoyable stay in Pittsburgh in this quiet Squirrel Hill neighborhood. The home was clean and tidy. The contact person was nice to deal with. The home is older and rather barebones, minimally furnished with dated items. The basics were provided but there were no amenities to speak of. It helped our opinion of this property that we stayed out from early morning until evening and spent little time in the home. Parking for three cars was easy. Having a nice playground within a one block walk excited the young kids in our group. Overall, we felt the home was overpriced and wouldn’t return there for the poor value.

Great space!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a in a very convenient location for travel around the city. The home is spacious and clean. We especially loved the big couch for watching sports & movies and the big table for playing games!

Just what we needed
Everything was great and as listed!! Would definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms, spacious beds, and a nice kitchen. If you'd rather eat out try Pamela's. We ate at the Murray Street location...worth the 10 minute walk for sure!!
