Exactly as expected
The tiny house was exactly as expected but the outside had not been cleaned up. There were sticks and moss everywhere. I know there was heavy winds and rain the week before but someone could have at least swept a path into the property and on the porch. The outside area was very cute but again needs cleaned up. We did not utilize the hot tub at all but the canopy cover above it and the cover itself was filled with water and sticks and debris. The inside was very clean and charming but there was a sewer like smell i. the bathroom and bedroom the last night/morning of our stay.

Perfect getaway
Quiet, cute and quaint. We were looking to unplug and relax for my birthday weekend and we were able to do just that! The hot tub was perfect, just wish we could hear the projector, we will bring Bluetooth speakers next time. The property had everything needed to just park it. We stopped at Publix on the way in (2 miles away) and didn’t need to leave until check out! 100% would stay again! The property is gorgeous and the smell of the fire pit welcomed us! If you’re looking for a relaxing couples getaway, this is THE place!!

Not good
At first glance it is ok. The bathroom is TINY and the toilet seat was loose. The shower is crazy the shower head comes straight into your face and can not be adjusted. By the time you finish a five minute shower you are standing in ankle deep water because the drain is very slow. I opened the drawer to get a spoon and half of the utensils had GRAPE JELLY on them. The very cute refrigerator DID NOT WORK. NONE of outdoor lights worked and it is very dark at night. I contacted the property manager and she offered to have someone come while we were out for the day but we didn't feel comfortable doing that. Such a disappointment. Also looking at other reviews from another site these problems aren't new.

Not impressed with stay or service. Broken amenities and never heard from actual owner
We showed up Friday evening to find the soft hot tub off, temp was at 73 degrees, called for service, and lady Zakkiyah, said to let tub heat up. (Google said tub will take 18 hours to heat up). Leaves in tub. Never cleaned and lid was partially on. When we left tub was at 71 degrees, fire pit didn't ignite, and grill had aluminum foil wrapped over burners that never lit. Three empty gas tanks for us to use and one maybe half full. Gate was found open. Trailer was cute. Awful bed to sleep in. We checked out the next morning as we couldn't grill out or enjoy the hot tub. Never heard from actual owner. Sent numerous emails and called customer service again. Sent pictures. Sunday night we received a notice that we would get the Saturday night fee of $82 refunded, plus $35.07 refunded to our card for inconvenience. We expected better customer service as in offering another place to stay or better refund since nothing was fixed or no one came out to help. Never will recommend Evolve or this place to anyone. Thanks to an unmemorable weekend!

Cozy and peaceful
It was a perfect place to unwind with the family. We especially loved watching movies off the projector and it was like having a living room outside. Comfortable pillows and sheets. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A nice quiet spot to stay
We were unfortunately rained out the first night of our stay, and the furniture outside was damp for nearly the entirety of the stay. Inside of the location was nice, but somewhat cramped. Stovetop and oven inside were not functional, by design. Other than having a hard time finding where the entrance was to the area, it was overall a nice experience.

Cute, little getaway
We really enjoyed staying in the tiny cabin. The outdoor movie screen was a big hit and the inside was adorably decorated. The large tree over the space was dropping tons of acorns and they were everywhere and very loud when hitting the roof which I wasn't expecting. But all in all we laughed it off and enjoyed our stay.

It was nice.
I liked the front yard. Did not use the hot tub but would have if it was not to hot. It is summer in Florida. Did not use the projector either but would have if we had the kids with us. It was very peaceful. We woke up this morning to the sound of roosters; we had coffee on the porch, looking at nature, listening to the birds. We will definitely go back. There is absolutely everything that you might need there. Just bring food and water or eat out. Restaurants are very close by.

Didn’t like the fact that the stove was advertised in the kitchen photos but as we arrive we receive a message saying that the stove is only for show and we had to use a skillet to cook inside. Also no instructions on how to use the tv or the outside projector on site. Contacted evolve rep on arrival date and was told someone would show up on Monday to help us. No contact from owner or anyone else until the day before we were leaving to tell us what to do to close up the next day. Let her know that no one had contacted us through our whole visit for the projector. I feel I didn’t get what I paid for and wont recommend this property for rental. Also the ad for the house advertises games for the visit. Only found a little kids cornhole game. I would’ve brought more entertainment for ourselves had I known I wouldn’t get what I was promised when booking.
