The Space:
Condo Crystal at Pueblo Escondido is in one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen’s trendy north end called Zazil-ha. The famous 5th Avenue is just 2 blocks away and you’ll be steps to the beach at Mahekal! Puerto Escondido is located in a great spot near some of the top restaurants in town, bars, cafes, boutique shopping, souvenir shops, and more. Also, everything is within walking distance!

The condo features the following:
- Open-plan living/kitchen/dining space, ideal for sharing time together and laughs with your vacation crew!
- A nice dining area and table for 6 for those lovely sit-down dinner moments
- A comfy living room to relax & enjoy a movie with direct access to a private terrace patio area with table and chairs facing the pool so you can enjoy your morning coffee or some cocktails AND a dip in the pool if you’d like!
- A fully-equipped modern kitchen and everything you’d need for preparing healthy meals at home like oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking essentials, etc.
- A cute breakfast bar at the counter with barstools for grabbing a quick coffee or to chat with the chef.
- 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private en suite bathroom and the second bedroom features two twin beds. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the common space in the home, and the place can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay and Pueblito Escondido offers guests a nice family pool located on the first floor with kiddie area, an infinity pool on the 4th floor, and elevator.

The condo is in the trendy north end of Playa del Carmen at 38th and the Beach at Mahekal!
- Located on one of the prettiest streets in Playa - the quaint 38th Street from 5th to the beach is a romantic stroll!
- 2 blocks to 5th Avenue lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique/souvenir shops & plenty of people-watching!
- Vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegria & Calle Corazón plus boutique stores, international shops & more
- Soriana & convenience stores in walking distance
- Beach clubs like Las Hijas, Mandarinas and Mamitas just a short walk away
- Golf at Gran Coyote or Hard Rock

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54.7 km/34 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Parking is available for an additional fee.

The access to the 4th-floor rooftop area will be temporarily restricted using the elevator from November 21st to December 15th. However, you can still access it by using the stairs from the 3rd floor.

- The rooftop pool is for adults only. However, the kids are allowed to use the pool located on the first floor.

- All properties managed by Stella Rentals are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.

- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!

- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.

Playa Trip
We have been coming to Playa for many years and have always wanted to stay in this area as it is much quainter and quieter. The host was very responsive to issues/questions. The rooftop pool is AMAZING with great views. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. We met a lot of people who come there every year and they are so friendly. We would definitely come back.

Pluses: one block from the beach, fantastic rooftop infinity pool view, lots of shops and restaurants nearbyMinuses: facilities are not in awesome condition. Toilet stopped flushing. Maintenance came promptly but after they fixed it it stopped flushing after 3 uses (we just stopped using that toilet and fortunately had another bathroom). A shower head fell off in the middle of showering. Cockroach came into apartment.

Great Playa Rental - Clean and Fantastic Location
We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental! It’s not fancy, but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - ideal really. Great pools, and just a short walk to several public beaches and within easy reach of local shops and restaurants. Perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We’ll be back for sure!
