The Space:
Our 3,445 sq ft | 320 sqm villa is like an authentic Mexican Hacienda! It's two homes within the same space with two separate entries. You go through the main house's backyard door to get to the second home, which is right next to the pool. It's the perfect place for a large group of up to 16 people, and the two parts of the villa provide an aspect of privacy. You'll be inside the upscale 24/7 guard-gated community of Playacar Fase 1, which provides safety coupled with peace and tranquility for a Caribbean Mexico vacation of a lifetime.
You’ll be situated just one block from the beach, and the gated community is close to downtown and the famous 5th Avenue, lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and tons of activity. The houses in this prestigious area are surrounded by green tropical foliage, nice walking paths and quaint streets. There’s also a small original Mayan ruins site that can be seen along the main road.
OUTDOORS:
- There’s an eclectic yet romantic PRIVATE POOL AREA surrounded by high walls and shaded areas to offer loads of privacy.
