The Space:
Welcome to the elegant and spacious 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the

Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by the bright and stylish open-plan living
area – adorned with exposed timber beams, showcasing the rich history of the building.
The comfortable lounge features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and oversized
windows that frame stunning views of the marina.
Adjacent to the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern
appliances and a small dining table for meals. Also in this area, the first and main
bathroom is housed – it includes a large mirror, walk-in shower and W.C.
The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with
comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the
second bedroom offers a double bed. You’ll find an en-suite attached to the master
bedroom, fitted with sleek fixtures and a full sized bathtub! Both bedrooms come with
ample storage space too.
For added convenience, the apartment comes with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi,

vibrant waterfront community nestled among stunning Georgian architecture. Take a
leisurely stroll along the cobbled streets, visit the local boutiques and art galleries, or
indulge in culinary delights at the numerous waterfront restaurants and cafes, all just
steps away from your front door.
Plymouth's downtown area is easily accessible, offering a wide range of attractions
such as the National Marine Aquarium, the Barbican, and the historic Plymouth Hoe.
Explore the rich maritime history of the city or simply relax and soak in the breathtaking
coastal scenery.
Getting Around:
This superb apartment is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer
by foot, and is moments walking from the Plymouth Ferry port which can take you to
Spain or France. A perfect stay either side for trips to and from FRANCE & SPAIN!
Moments walk from the open spaces of Plymouth Hoe & the sea. Short driving distance
to stunning Dartmoor National Park
Paid parking available in the Royal William Yard public car park (from £15 per day).
There’s free parking for a short walk located at Strand Street.

*Check-in is between 3pm-10pm.
*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm
and 8am.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further
fee.
*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for
their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to
each individual, health and safety.

* The cleaning fee in the reservation breakdown includes 20% VAT
*For reservations outside Airbnb, we would require a damage deposit of £150 which will be invoiced to guests prior to check-in. This will cover any extra costs like undisclosed extra guests/pets, extra cleaning (deep cleaning) fees, etc. This will be refunded in full after check-out if no extra charges are incurred during your stay.
