Respected Guest, Receive a cordial greeting from the Dann Monasterio Hotel, we thank you for choosing us on your visit to the city, we are very sorry to have found the pool not so clean and not to have the towel service. We are in a time of winds and the pool is in the hotel gardens, the leaves of the trees fall into the pool, our staff in charge has been managing more frequently the cleaning of it. According to our company policies, the towels are not allowed to be taken to the thermal baths, because the smell of sulfur does not allow the loan outside the hotel. We hope to have you back soon.
