The ground floor is a real paradise for socializing, there is an elegant living room with comfortable sofas, a modern TV and a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere for evening relaxation.
Fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with a table for eight people, ideal for shared meals and culinary delights. On this floor there is also a separate toilet, as well as one bedroom with its own bathroom.
