You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and awake to a spectacular gulf view right from the master ensuite!

Sea Shanty offers a peaceful coastal aesthetic with custom craftsmanship throughout. Great thought has been given to provide the elements for a wonderfully relaxed vacation!

The kitchen is well stocked, and the living room offers a leather sofa, 2 leather rocker recliners, along with a 75" smart TV plus local cable channels. The kitchen bar offers a USB outlet and Wi-Fi is throughout.

For indoor dining, there are four kitchen counter bar stools along with a table that seats four and offers a gorgeous gulf view.

Both bedrooms are fitted with motorized head lift-beds, hybrid mattresses, and comfortable bedding. The master ensuite includes USB outlets on either side of a king bed and offers a 55" smart TV plus local cable channels. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 queens and a 43" smart TV, plus local cable channels.

Laundry is made easy with a full-size LG Tower washer & dryer, detergent, softener, and laundry bags. An iron, board, and steamer are also available to our guests.

Killer's Seafood is a favorite and located just across (two lane) Hwy 98. Sea Shanty's carport offers a picnic table with an additional seating area, where you can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor gas griddle.

Sea Shanty offers a gorgeous wide view of the gulf on every level. From the carport to the living room, to the master ensuite, you’ll greet the gulf's beautiful sunrises and enjoy sunsets to end your day. The carport and both balconies offer seating to take in the sights and sounds of the water’s edge.

Be ready to leave the hassle behind and use Sea Shanty's beach chairs (6/adult 4/kids), beach toys & towels, and the awesome Shibumi beach shade! Also for your enjoyment, you'll find binoculars for watching the dolphins, turtle-safe red-beam flashlights to enjoy nighttime walks on the beach, and a portable indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker for easy listening. For your convenience, we've installed an awesome outdoor surfboard shower to end your day at the beach sand-free!

Sea Shanty’s kitchen and baths are well stocked with paper goods, but should you need more the Dollar General is only 2.5 mi east. Both full baths are equipped with hand soap, a starter shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a blow dryer, and much more. The kitchen offers an ample supply of paper goods, foil, plastic wrap, dish detergents, and garbage bags. Guests are also welcome to use any coffees, creamer & sweetener, teas, spices, seasonings, oils or cooking sprays made available during their stay. Guests will also find a snack tray available!

For families with babies and toddlers we are happy to make two playpens with sheets and a highchair available. A white noise machine and a baby monitor are also available, along with toddler dinnerware and sippy cups.

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Robin thought of everything….i mean anything you need, she has. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and she had a huge variety of snacks and simple things to cook. There were plenty of extra necessities like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc. The location was perfect. Only about 20 steps to the sand. We will definitely be back.

Robin was by far the best host I have ever had with any stay. Her place was so well thought out. I saw a review that said you could literally come with just your clothes and you would have everything you need and that is so true. It made our stay with 2 kids so much easier as well. Will definitely be revisiting Sea Shanty!

The Sea Shanty was just beautiful! Plenty enough room for the 4 adults in our party and right on the beach. The balconies and porch had such pretty views of the ocean. The unit was very clean and easy to find. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could ever need, plus more. Mrs. Robin was a great host! She thought of every thing we needed or had forgotten and had it readily available. She was very fast and easy to communicate with, and very helpful with questions about the area, stores, restaurants, etc. We had a great trip and plan on coming back to the Sea Shanty!

Yes, I would give Sea Shanty, if possible, at least ten stars, and give our host, Robin, the same. Not only is Sea Shanty beautiful, ON the beach, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything one could want or need, Robin was so responsive and amazing, ensuring check-in and checkout were seamless and that anything we wanted or needed was supplied. We shall return as soon as we can!

This was our first time in Mexico Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as some great food. The condo was amazing, so Beautifully decorated and a perfect location! Robin is a fantastic host and the amenities she provides are like no other! We plan on returning for another visit. It is definitely a 10/10!

I really don’t know where to start! It so absolutely beautiful, cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in, and so well located. I have been to resorts and many hotels on beaches but none were as close to the water as this one. Literally step out of lowest porch and your ocean front. The biggest thing about the home is how well stocked it is. Robin has not missed thinking of noting to leave for you. You only need to pack your clothes everything is there for your use. We had the seat time and plan to be back. Thank you Robin for the being the best hotels ever. Jill

This was the best place we have stayed on the coast. The host is great and the quality beach gear that is provided was far beyond our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about the location, property, snacks, and amenities on site. Throw some clothes in your vehicle, order some groceries for pick up on the way, and just show up to enjoy. We will return to this spot again and next time, we will leave our beach gear at home.

Could not have asked for more!
The only thing that would have made this trip better would have been it being longer! This townhome is absolutely beautiful! From the decor to the amenities, it checks all the boxes. The owner has thought of everything - even things I would never have thought of myself. You could literally show up with your swimsuit and nothing else! Snacks, towels, reading glasses, spare toiletries, you name it. We loved the location and the beautiful beach. There were lots of places to eat nearby. The owner communicated early and was very responsive with answers to any questions. We will definitely book the Sea Shanty again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Absolutely the BEST
This was one of the nicest, cleanest and by far the most well stocked places we have ever stayed! The owner was easy to contact and converse with and the place was just our style! Access to the almost private beach was so super easy, parking was covered, beach chairs a-plenty, and just anything and everything you can think of is on site for you to use. Be sure to check out the Killer Seafood food truck literally directly across the street. The food was fantastic there! Sea Shanty Owner Robin is so generous and kind! I just cannot say enough good things and there were just no negatives with our stay at this place! Beautiful home and we would be delighted to come back sometime if she will have us!

The property was phenomenal. The thoughtfulness that went into stocking the place for every conceivable necessity was out of this world. Loved being so close to the beach. But the pavers were not laid out in the sand walking away from the patio, so you did have to watch for prickly things sticking your feet. Thanks for a great visit!

Nothing short of amazing!
I have been to Mexico Beach many times, but none in a propert as gorgeous as Sea Shanty or with a phenomenal host like Robin. I had read comments about the unit being stocked, but no comments did the unit justice. Every single detail is thought out and accounted for, every emergency item or regular item you could ever need is stocked and available. The check in/out process was easy, with personal communication with Robin, which I so appreciated compared to some hosts. We stayed for a minimoon and were met with a bowl of goodies and a personalized newlywed card. She truly went above and beyond. Hosting aside, the actual unit is perfect, eith gorgeous views, plenty of space, and great outdoor patios and seating areas. I could not have asked for more. Truly phenomenal.

Wow! This home was above and beyond any other home we have stayed in. Beachfront location offer is beautiful with sunsets from three separate patios and balconies. The home was meticulously, clean, and beautifully decorated yet very comfortable.. The extras that Robin provided were so appreciated, and so thoughtful. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had! The condo was spotless and stocked with essentials. Such a pleasant surprise to have needed items in the condo. Beautiful beach and wonderful little town. The host was very responsive also. We had originally booked for 14 days but enjoyed everything so much we extended our stay!

40th Anniversary
I have stayed at numerous VRBO properties, this one by far was the most generous, welcoming property we have ever stayed. The property owner was in constant communication with us and let us know weather conditions. The property was amazing and generously stocked. The bath towels in the master bathroom were so amazing, that I asked where she got them. This property was a wonderful retreat and I hope to come back soon. I highly recommend.

Sea Shanty was very clean and comfortable . It was very well stocked, more than any condo I have ever rented. We lacked for nothing from coffee, snacks, extra essentials in case we forgot something from home. Would definitely stay there again. Only drawback I can think of are the stairs going up to the bedrooms which might cause issue with some people. Property manager was great to work with.

Over the years we have stayed in multiple properties in the area, this was the best by far! Great location, super clean, beautiful beach and view. Robin was a great host who has thought of everything. Great communication before the stay and she provided tips and recommendations for the area in her book and emails. Lots of great touches like holiday decorating and little necessities stocked in case you forgot something. Only downside was that we had to leave. Would recommend and stay here again!
