You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway or any other roads to cross to get to the beach.

Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value for your money.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:

• 2 sets of custom-made twin bunk beds (lower beds close to the floor, upper beds with extra high railings)

THINGS TO KNOW:
• Our property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.
• We value security and have one video doorbell. The camera is facing the street and has no view of the inside the unit nor back patio. The active recording is taking place of the outside in front of our unit.
• The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• All guests including infants and children must be included in your party size when making a reservation.
• We accomodate 9 guests some times. An additional daily fee $30 applies for the 9th guest, regardless of age (0-100 years old).

General: central A/C & heating, linens/towels, beach gear, and generous supplies of toiletries, coffee, tea, and household essentials.

Great experience!
The most perfect place to stay! We had a great experience with our stay at this home on our spring break. The house was very clean and put together. The location is also perfect. Plus it is super close walk to the beach! Overall amazing experience and would do it again!

Fun family getaway
The property is just as advertised, no surprises! We had issues with cleaning lasting into our checkin time and Veronica communicated well with us, keeping us updated and allowing us late checkout. The house is well appointed with all the supplies you could want or need while there. Thank you! The home is an easy walk to the beach. Only suggestions would be access to a vacuum. Could not have asked for a better experience! All the amenities and more. Kitchen fully stocked, fun board games for all ages and plenty of space for a family of 7. Walk to beach was easy--shorter than most resorts we've stayed! Highly recommend!?

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was in great communication with us leading up to the trip and was very accommodating. The property was clean and beautifully decorated and just felt like home. There’s a very short walk to the beach and the property was in close proximity to a local seafood shop and food trucks. Very nice clean townhouse close to the beach. I like that you don’t have to cross 98 to get to the beach. The kitchen had everything you need and some extra supplies in case you forgot something. We were there during the hurricane and she kept us very well updated. She was quick to respond to my questions.

1st time to Mexico Beach
This was our first time to Mexico Beach. We lucked up on finding this townhouse for our stay. The house is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. It was the little things (charcoal for the grill, first aid kit, beach towels, dishes for cooking, and everything working, as it should) that helped make this a great stay. Quiet location with short walk to the beach. Host checked to make sure we were settled. If available, we will book again.

Awesome property that has everything you need. Less than one minute walk to the beach. Close to seafood market, ice machine, beach store, and food trucks. Veronica was so easy to work with. High recommend this stay. It’s on our short list for a return trip.

First Time to Mexico Beach

Lovely property.
This property is attractively decorated and in an ideal location with easy access to a lovely beach. It’s roomy with 2.5 bathrooms, a large open floor plan for the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a kid’s room with 4 bunk beds. The property includes a balcony and patio. Also included is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. It met all our needs and we will stay again if we revisit the area. Additionally the host is attentive.

Perfection!
Thank you for sharing your property with us. We had a small group of family and friends (5 adults). I actually own a property in MB; however mine was booked. We came down for a weekend fishing trip. The property was extremely clean, and much bigger than the pictures show. We were all comfortable, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the Marina, and the new Mexico Beach Brewing Company. This property is also a quick walk to the beach. I would stay here again in a second.

Extremely well maintained, clean, quiet, & family friendly! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here! Super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of kid friendly items, which made it feel very homey. Lots of extras in the kitchen, which was super helpful when we cooked meals in. Easy walk to a few shops and a new brewery, which had great food. We look forward to coming back! Big thank you to the host, who made sure we had all the info we needed to have a successful trip.

We had a great stay. The beach home was beautiful! I love the beach Decorations. Home was very clean and newly renovated. Everything was nice. Beach walk extremely close and the neighbors were all very friendly/informative. I like that the beach wasn’t crowded or busy. The owner had great communication too. Lovely getaway
Townhouse is clean, nicely decorated, and located about a 3 minute walk to the beach entrance. So nice that the kitchen includes basic pots, pans, knives and spices. Clear communication from owner. Mexico Beach is being rebuilt so there is quite a bit of construction. Very few restaurants but some good food trucks. Very quiet scene with beautiful, uncrowded beaches.
