Our villa, built during the time of the famous Batalha Monastery, stands as a testament to the past. Constructed with the same stone used in the monastery, it is one of the few remaining medieval Gothic stone houses in the region.
Over the years, our family has lovingly preserved the villa`s historic integrity while ensuring it provides every modern convenience. Recently refurbished, the villa seamlessly combines the allure of its past with the comfort and coziness you desire. You will be captivated by its stunning architecture, quirky details, and sophisticated ambiance.
When you choose our villa, you`ll find yourself perfectly situated to explore the wonders of Tore and its neighboring treasures. After a day of adventure, return to the tranquility of our villa, where you can unwind and recharge. Whether you`re touring the breathtaking Bathalha Monastery, seeking solace in the spiritual center of Fatima, relaxing on the sandy beaches of Nazare, or strolling through the enchanting streets of Obidos, our villa serves as your idyllic retreat.

With four bedrooms, our villa can comfortably accommodate your family or group, offering a peaceful haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. The serene ambiance of the surrounding hills and the quiet little hamlet in which we are nestled will melt your heart and provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide convenient parking right in front of the villa, ensuring easy access throughout your visit. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are also available to assist you, providing recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and activities that will enhance your experience.

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.
Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
House Rules:
***ALL Direct Bookings through our website & bookings made through VRBO will be required to submit a copy of your government issued ID. Your reservation will be cancelled if you do not provide this required identification***
Rental Agreement: Guest must sign a rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed. A $350 offline security deposit will be required, and a link will be sent to you.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors.
Unannounced guests: Prices are quoted in accordance with occupancy of the rooms. We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm. Pre check in form must be submitted- All guest must be registered
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
Noise: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.
Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you wash anything that is used. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
