**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
**Additional Services:
Travel cots and high chairs are available for rental. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that bedding and sheets are not provided for cots.
**This property does accept pets subject to a small pet cleaning fee - please advise when booking.
**Important Notice:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £100.

- No sanitary wear or wipes down the loo (please use bin provided)
- Please respect we are in a residential area and if undue noise is made we have very nosy neighbours!
- No frying please (smell is absorbed by lodge and takes days to go)
- Please wash all dishes and cutlery before you leave.
- Children are welcome to use the climbing frame and trampoline but at their own risk and need to be supervised by an adult at all times. Max age 10yrs.
