Beth's Place II - On The River - Hot Tub & New Pickleball Court! You'll love it!

Beth’s Place II (new March 2020) It’s beautifully appointed, completely private, and located on the second floor above the garage of our home.

It features a bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed with a river view, TV, and closet storage. A spacious living room with a sleeper twin sofa, a pull-down full-size Murphy bed, TV, two swivel chairs, and an electric fireplace with a great light show. A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, including a full-size stove, dishes, and a dining area. A lovely full bath with a washer and dryer, towels, wash clothes, and your basic toiletries, a private entrance with 14 steps to the door, and ample parking.

Guest can enjoy their private apartment with its private entrance all to themselves.

We know you will love the private outside space with a hot tub, chairs, fire pit, grill, and beautiful lights at night.

Our property is pretty nice too! We have a putting green and a brand new pickleball court in the front yard and the Raquette river out back. The trail down to the river has handrails where it can be a bit steep. We also have kayaks and fire pit down by the river for guests to enjoy along with a private beach. Our stretch of the Raquette River is swimmable (we do recommend water shoes) and goes all the way to downtown Potsdam. You can park your kayak and enjoy all that Potsdam has to offer, and when you're finished, you can kayak downstream back home. Kayaking is available May through November and we cover the putting green once it snows.

Please note that the igloo is shared with our other unit on the property, Beth's Place.

Like I mentioned, we have another bed and breakfast on our property if you are looking for different dates or to accommodate more people. It's called Beth's Place.
