Les points faibles : Confort de la chambre
The hotel does not deserve stars
We were very disapointed by the low standing of the hotel. Staff at reception is nice but the management is a disaster.
- breakfast: dry bred and croissants. They serve you food from the day before that was not eaten. The food was also missing and not replaced as it should be.
-room: it was very old and very noisy until hearing everything from the other rooms.....
Also there is a boiler in the room but no cup, no spoon, neither Coffe nor tea that you have to buy in the shop across the street. It's a shame for a "4 stars" hotel.
-comodity: the hotel is far away (around 30 min walking) from the points on interest so you have to take the metro or the bus.
When you point out something is not working they answer that they are refurbishing the building this is why prices are so low !!! I am very sorry but this is not a valid excuse to justify the lack of attention in the room that are not under refurbishment. The service is not managed by workers but by the staff of the hotel.
