This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

Ohhh so comfortable
Last minute trip, moving my daughter, hosts were so accommodating with us needing to park the U-Haul overnight. But that’s not all, the home was so comfy. We were hungry and tired after driving for over half a day. Upon arrival there were snacks, water and coffee, all necessary after the trip. The beds, no problem falling asleep, comfy cozy. It’s a home away from home. In a rush to get out of my own home, forgot a few toiletries, and the hosts provided extra essentials should people forget their own, came in handy so I didn’t have to run out to get them. When we go back to Prescott, vacation then, should this home be available, would love to stay.

Yearly Best Friends Birthday Trip
This is a lovely home close to Whiskey Row and central to many hikes, museums, shopping and restraunts in a quiet older neighborhood. The Home is beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The owners go way above and beyond. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with any kind of kitchen appliance, bakeware, pots and pans you would need to prepare food, all in excellent condition. This was a birthday trip for my me and my best friend of 50 years. When we opened the fridge to put our groceries away we found a birthday treat from a nearby bakery and sweet card from owners. There were jars of treats and snacks, a good selection of spices for cooking/baking, condiments in the fridge, coffee and tea etc. There were also items in bathrooms in case you forgot personal items. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't have as many extras as this house offered. The linens and towels were nice quality. Communication with owner was easy with quick response time. The day we were arriving I recieved a message that the home was ready early and we were welcome to check in. Check in and out was easy. I will stay at this home again if I return to Prescott and would recommend it to any family or friends staying in that area. This home really was above and beyond any expectations I had, and I expect a lot when I rent a home for vacations.

Girls getaway
This property was extremely clean and well appointed. The Host goes above and beyond with little extras such as toiletries, snacks (even ice cream!), water... The rooms were spacious and the kitchen extremely well stocked. TV'S in each room allow for privacy when you are ready for some "me time". The only oddity was the access to the back patio (through the garage). Definitely not a deal breaker, but a little out of the ordinary. Overall a lovely home. I would certainly recommend.

No detail was overlooked in this rental. All the kitchen, cooking accessories you could ever want in a vrbo. Very clean, super soft towels. Snacks, drinks, and cold water were thoughtfully left for us. Made our traveling experience so much easier, I wish all vrbo were like this one.

THE ABSOLUTELY BEST VRBO IN THE NATION
We have stayed at hundreds of VRBOS across the country and this stay is ALWAYS our very best!!! Everything about this unit is absolutely PERFECT!!! The unit is open and spacious and the kitchen is CHEF FRIENDLY!!! Everything you need to cook is there. They have spices and oils and all the small stuff you'll need to cook for your crew. Also, the staff provides EVERYTHING that you think you will forget, and have it there. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will ALWAYS stay here when visiting Prescott, AZ.

Fabulous Place
The owners thought of everything. This place is lovely. The decorations are charming & comfortable. It’s immaculate and welcoming. This place is fully stocked in the kitchen and all rooms. They thought of everything. They leave snacks for guests and even ice cream bars. I thought this was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The 2 bedrooms & 2 baths were fabulous. The beds comfy. I would highly recommend this lovely place in Prescott. They let you use their garage. It felt comfortable and cozy and safe. I will be back! Thank you for sharing this Prescott gem.

Beautiful home
This gorgeous home is the perfect place to stay when attending events in Prescott. Everything was beautifully decorated and the beds were beyond comfortable. There was not one detail that wasn’t taken care of along with a large selection of chocolates, sodas, ice cream, coffees and tea. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Toyota Findlay Centre. Highly recommend this property.

A true escape
This property was most attractive and welcoming. All of the amenities added to our comfort. The location was quiet and convenient. Our primary purpose in coming to Prescott was to escape the heat of the desert. We were successful in doing that as well as taking in the beauty of surrounding lakes and forests.

Not a single negative in our entire experience, from start to finish. Great communication, beautiful spacious home with everything provided, including lots of extras. Can’t say enough good things about “the Heart of Prescott”. This is our second time renting the home in 2 years. This trip was with my wife’s mother and stepdad. Once again we found the property to be spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 4 adults. Lots of amenities provided, TV’s in the liv room and both bedrooms with streaming services, clean bathrooms, many board games provided, and parking in the attached garage. Close to everything in Prescott. Easy check-in thru electronic door lock, and easy check-out by just locking the door behind us. My father-in-law is from eastern Europe and has stayed in home rentals all over the world. He said “I wish I could take this home with me when I travel”.

The BEST Stay!
Sharlyn & Krystn went above and beyond for my family when we stayed at their place. They had snacks, balloons, and two sweet treats from a local bakery to help us celebrate my son's second birthday. The place is gorgeous, in a fantastic location close to town, and my two sons loved being able to watch a show and play a game which was provided. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and I hope we get to stay again soon!

Great Place To Stay In Prescott
This place was very clean and well maintained. The couch was comfortable with two reclining seats. The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There were a lot of nice extras as well. A variety of cold drinks in Frig and a selection of snacks! This place is in a great location close to everything, on a quiet street. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place. I look forward to staying here again!

This property is everything that it was advertised to be and more. The owners have thought of every detail! The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had every appliance we could need. The owners also had stocked beverages and snacks for us to enjoy. Our visit here truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Prescott.
