HIBISCUS VILLA est de 900 pieds carrés, est située au premier étage et vous accueille avec une grande véranda meublée surdimensionnée située à Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (anciennement Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (anciennement Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) détient la place de n ° 1 sur Trip Advisor depuis de nombreuses années grâce à nos belles villas uniques, un personnel amical, un emplacement idyllique et un service inégalé. Nous offrons un service 5 étoiles, pour une fraction du coût!

La chambre principale a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bain privée.

Il y a une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et un salon spacieux. La climatisation centrale, un accès Internet sans fil illimité, les appels locaux, les serviettes fraîches quotidiennes et l'enlèvement des ordures avec un service de nettoyage complet en milieu de semaine sont fournis sans frais supplémentaires.

L'Hibiscus Villa est située au milieu de jardins paysagers tropicaux à côté de la piscine centrale. Il y a un accès à la plage depuis la villa, qui est à quelques pas de notre plage privée sur l'océan Atlantique. Notre rue est une route résidentielle sablonneuse «étroite» non commerciale. Ce n'est pas une route tarifaire animée ou approfondie et des impasses dans un cul-de-sac. Il n'y a que 7 autres maisons résidentielles dessus. Vous ne verrez peut-être pas plus de 10 à 15 autres voitures sur une même journée. Vous traverseriez la route étroite pour traverser "notre propre propriété en bord de mer". Une passerelle et un chemin en pierre de patio exclusif ont été construits pour vous permettre de vous promener le long de la végétation luxuriante des Caraïbes. La promenade le long de ce sentier est un court 150 pieds tranquillement et vous mène directement à notre belle plage et l'océan Atlantique. Une fois que vous arrivez, vous trouverez des chaises longues, des chaises et des tables donnant sur la plage et l'océan que vous pourrez utiliser à votre guise. Étant donné que le salon de la villa Hibiscus possède un canapé-lit qui peut être ouvert et devient un lit, la villa peut en fait accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette villa, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Turtle Cove. Dans cet hébergement, vous profiterez de prestations de choix comme l'accès Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et un service de conciergerie. Quiet and restful
Amazing, friendly host, stayed at hibiscus lower floor villa, very clean, easy walk across the street to the beach. Within walking distance to several restaurants and easy drive from the airport…bed mattresses pretty firm which is what I prefer. Only stayed one night but next time we want to stay longer!

The place to be
I hate to give away this secret. This is the ideal location, Lutz the property manager could not be nicer or more accommodating. Superb costumer service. The unit was comfortable, good beds and the porch great for dining and entertaining. The kitchen could be more equipped but adequate for simple meals. The private beach access with umbrellas and loungers was great. Close by Turtle Cove restaurants etc.

Wonderful Hibiscus!
We’ve just left TCI this morning and already missed Hibiscus. The villa is very clean and convenient. It has AC in all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The vila is short walking distance to the beach. Luz is always there whenever we need anything. We love her! Chris, the owner, is very flexible. He allowed us to check out late as our flight was not leaving TCI until 4pm. Thanks, Chris & Sarah for such a beautiful place, adding memories to our first vacation in TCI. We will be back!

This property was a great way to experience TCI! Quiet and out of the way yet with lots to do within walking distance! We loved Luz, the property manager and met great new friends on the courtyard! The owners were quick to respond to questions and the unit was located perfectly for easy in and out! Highly recommend. Would say to rent a car if you want to go to town but that is easy enough to do at the airport.

Amazing location. Perfect villa
Luz met us in the driveway as we pulled in. Perfect start to a great week. The location is perfect. Quiet, beautiful greenery. Well manicured everywhere and pool well taken care of daily. We had the pool to ourselves every time we visited. The ocean is a short 2 minute walk from the villa, through a nice private lot with pavers. We had the beach to ourselves most times too! The wrap around porch was perfect for our family of ). We walked the marina for restaurants multiple days as well, and walked to smiths reef for snorkeling (although with all the gear we drove it more times). We used the property kayaks in the canal, and borrowed a snorkel set one day. We didn’t get to the bikes but looked appropriate (even had children's bikes with training wheels!). We had daily housekeeping services too, the place was spotless! Air conditioning worked perfectly in all 3 rooms. Only tip: the pull out couch was fine for our younger children. Wouldn’t have worked for adults with the way they bend (odd design). Would absolutely stay here again, we hope to next year! Thank you!

Nice Little Getaway
Our stay was great! The villa was a nice size that was able to fit 6 of us comfortably. The pull out couch was actually really comfortable to sleep on as well. You are literally a 5 min. walk to the nicest beach I’ve ever been to. Not too much activity while we were there so it felt like we had our own little private beach all to ourselves. If you take a 10 minute walk, you’ll hit Smith’s Reef and if you walk the other direction, you’ll be down by the resorts, so you’ll be able to get a good stroll in either direction. Luz was amazing and kept the villa nice and clean. The ac units were phenomenal and we loved how we were able to cool off from being outside. Overall, a nice location and villa that was great for our family vacation.

The location was perfect considering we were not right on the beach. The beach was also perfect and beautiful with clear turquoise water. There was snorkeling available if you go out a little further plus Smith Reef was just down the street or by walking down to the next beach. We found a lovely local roadside restaurant that served amazing Caribbean food called Hideaway Grill within walking distance.

Close to beach and best reefs! Food access is easy, recommend renting a car. Fantastic neighbourhood! The villa isn’t luxurious, but very nice. Rare thing in a rental, sharp knives, if you are doing your own cooking. We will return! Locals are very kind and friendly

Great accommodations, great location in Provo
We had a great stay in Hibiscus Villa. The pool was great, staff (including Luz) took great care of the place and checked in frequently. This was a great jumping off point for all our TCI adventures. We enjoyed the beach and snorkeling was great off Smith’s reef and the 2 shoal reefs all within walking distance from the villa and accessible by beach. We saw turtles, stingray, baby shark, coral, tons of fish, conch, etc. Google Smith’s reef map for locations of shoal reefs and the actual reef. Every day some of us went to Turks wave for coffee and we frequented Shark bite (all within walking distance). Beach access was so nice. It was great they supplied beach towels and many other amenities. Bring lots of reef safe sunscreen and have a great time.

Amazing family vacation
This was the perfect spot on Turks and Caicos. A short, beautiful walk to the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants. It’s also a short drive to many other beaches, restaurants, shopping and excursions. The villa was clean and comfortable and they had snorkeling gear and bikes available for us to use. Overall it was a wonderful place and I wouldn’t change a thing!

walk across the road to a greaT snorkeling reef. Best to have a car to get to grocery store and explore.. Afew restarants are walkable. Toaster caught on fire and needs an upgrade. Wine glasses would be a plus but otherwise kitchen has qll the basics. LUz and staff were very attentive. Comfy clean lodging cant wait to return

Great location and condo-as advertised walking distance to Smith Reef
Would rent again. My only complaint which is minor are the cooking pans are old school so need butter/oil because everything sticks to it but I get that nonstick pans damage easier in a rental.

Amazing stay
We absolutely loved our Villa! The Villa was in a perfect location! Close proximity to a lot of restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Baci…) The villa has two nice pools if you’re a pool person or it’s just a short walk across the street to the ocean where there are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for use. The villa has 4 kayaks that are available for use to take down the canal. The villa is just blocks (a short walk or drive down the road) from Smith Reef which we found to be the best snorkeling of our trip. The house keeper is phenomenal! Sweet and so helpful! I highly recommend this villa and would definitely go back!

This is a gorgeous property, the grounds are well maintained, the pools are lovely and it’s a short walk to the beach! We also easily walked to dinner at 5-6 different restaurants (at the marina) each night. There are bikes and kayaks for use anytime you want! The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable…. Even the sofa beds.

Great location! The photographs don't do the villa justice!
This villa is in the perfect location and I had no complaints. There was a family staying upstairs who had three active teenagers, so sometimes it sounded like they were playing hocky up there which was a negative, but this was no fault of the VRBO! Next time I will opt for the upstairs unit because of noise and the fact that the porch is screened in and has a better view. Beautiful Villa!

Great place for the Turks traveler on a budget!
This is a beautiful yet dated property a very short walk across the street to the very edge of Grace bay. A Short walk to Smith's Reef with good snorkeling right off the beach. A short walk to several great and reasonable restaurants like Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Magnolia and Baci. The beach is not as crowded as in the middle of Grace bay. Your not fighting for chairs. The property grounds are beautiful! The staff is absolutely amazing. The units could use a little updating and definitely some new pillows. It’s a great place to stay!

Great Location
The property is as pictured. Check in and out is easy, and staff is available, friendly, and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked. Place is older, but everything is clean, and you can’t beat the location. It is just a short walk to the beach and straight out from the path to beach is a great snorkeling reef, just go past the seagrass a bit. You can also take short walk in either direction to find more reef, but the one straight out from the path is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!!
